He gets better. I didn't like him for a long time either. Maybe you will like him more later?

I like Bounce Man Luffy! “4th Gear!! Bounce Man!!!!” Luffy beating cracker! Sanji's backstory! Luffy trying to escape the prison! Sanji betrays Luffy! Luffy fighting a giant army marching for him! Luffy trying to escape the prison!

This arc reminds me of A Game of Thrones. It also pulls from Star Wars w/ a clone army. Has Oda gotten uncreative.........? Poor Sanji!

Now the wait for Collection 34!

I don’t have much more to say about it. Pedro! Carrot! Katakuri! Pudding! “Where’s my cake! Give me my cake!” Big Mom’s backstory! Capone Bege! Bege’s first mate laylo! Chifon! Jimbei finally joins! It’s all so good. The boss being engaged w/ the crew instead of Luffy is a nice change of pace.

I finished the One Piece Whole Cake Island episodes.

I really really liked it overall.

One of my favorite parts is when Sanji says even tho his family hates him & treats him like scum, he still wants to save them. This reminded me of Jesus’s love for us & the Good Samaritan parable too.

Only thing I didn’t like was the Katakuri fight. It was just too fast for me, it’s just a big blur to me, what can I say, I like 1P b/c of the story & characters, not necessarily the fighting. Katakuri is a neat character tho. I like how it’s revealed he wears a scarf over his mouth b/c he’s ashamed of it.

How can one not stay caught up with the series?!?!?!?! I rewatch the entire series yearly. Why watch anything else? I've been rewatching this series every year for 10 years or more now. It is literally the best show ever created. The way they make every character's personality so unique is literally how God has created every single one of us! The creator of One Piece has the creativity characteristics of Christ Himself. Although, how this amazing creation has gone, it is sadly obvious that the creator is not a follower of Yeshua (Jesus Christ).

Anime's in themself have such a profound impact on every human life it touches, but this one has by far out surpassed every other anime out there, and every other anime to come. Not only are the personalities so developed in every character's uniqueness, but the story is also surpassingly better than any other show created (even non anime).

I have come to see the celestial dragons as the cardinals of the Catholic Church, and IMU is the pope, the controlling figure behind the world government. The world government is the United Nations. Or we can look at it this way: IMU is the antichrist, the world government is the literal world government in the future, during the days of mass Judaeo-Christian persecution. Although, the way the show has turned with Luffy becoming Nika, it seems that he is the antichrist, the man of lawlessness, which makes sense because he is a pirate and focused on this sense of being free, doing what he wants. The show has set it up to where he is being seen as a saviour, just as the antichrist will come as a saviour. In truth, the good guys of the show is the Revolutionary Army. They are the Christians. They outright oppose the rulership of the world government as real life Christians do too. As with any show I can see a spirit behind it.
