Dear 2ndRateMind. You made a lovely proposition, and Jesus showed us how to follow it. In Matthew 22: 35-40: Jesus told a Lawyer:" The first and great Commandment is: " Love God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. The second is like it: Love thy neighbour as thyself." Then Jesus gave us this strong fact: " On these two Commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." We just cannot go wrong here, if we follow our Lord `s first class advice. We start treating all we know and all we meet, friends and not friends, we start treating them as we would love to be treated; kindly and always with friendly words. God will see our sincere efforts, and God will Bless us. ( Matthew 7: 7-10
We ask God for Love and Joy, then thank God,
and share all Love and Joy with our neighbour. We keep asking and thanking God, then share all Love and Joy with our neighbour. People around us will notice, and will treat us the same as we treat people. Love is very catching, and before long, Love will guide and change us into the men and women, which God wants us to become. Jesus our Saviour will help and guide us:

What a difference this will make to this imperfect world, and with God our Heavenly Father on our side, Who or What can be against us? We might stumble and forget at times, but then we " ask God and thank God, and share all Love and Joy with our neighbour". We are following Jesus`s advice,
and do what God wants from us. " Love and Obey," is what God wants from us,
