I thought it would be fun to find the humor in all this pregnancy stuff .

Have you had situations where you were having a tough time or things didn't seem funny at the time but looking back it makes you giggle?

I thought about this thread today because I was trying to get ready for my shower this weekend and I decided to paint my toenails. I thought it was a bit tough at 5 months but my goodness in just a month now that I've popped it was nearly impossible.

Here's the scenario: I'm in the bathroom sitting on the tub about to paint when I realize I can't really reach so I decide my jeans are restraining me so off they go. That helped but I got to the last little toes and I tried every position possible to get to them but I had to stretch to my limit to get there and it wasn't pretty. I'm huffing and puffing by the end of the pedicure I gave myself, it's not my best work but it'll do because it would take me an hour to re-do it and that's if I don't pass out from loss of breath lol.

Do you have a funny story?

Did something silly just today actually- within the last couple days my belly button has really popped out- so I was in the bathroom at work, looking in the mirror with my shirt up, poking myself in the belly button going "boop, boop" and this lady walked in. I was so embarassed, I was like- yeah, just lookin at my belly button, lol. I'm such a nerd!

In the past month I can't cross my legs at the knee, even the ankle is hard without falling over.

I always kept my toe nails painted until month six...well then I gave up.

I'm scared as to what my bikini area looks like, I haven't seen it in 4 months!! I'm worried the hospital will think I'm dirty or something but I could cut my leg off and not know it. My DH says they'll understand as all pregnant women probably have this problem.
