Old game, Iknow, Sim's makin magic question

I got Sims for my kids to play, then got the makin magic expansion.
I can't find how to get to magic town.

Very little was added, magic town looks fun but can't get Sims there.
Checked phone, no new taxi, no mysterious box.
Does the mailman bring the box?
Is there a problem with installation?

Was a bad install.
Reinstalled and works great thanks for the link though.
