Actually thats close to the view 33rd degree freemasons have. If you read Albert Pike's work (a 33rd degree mason who founded the 34th Palladium degree) he states that their god lucifer (who they also call Jesus) is at war with Adonai the God of the old testament.

You have me intrigued I wonder if some aspects of the evangelical doctrine of God making people sick to teach them something is a freemasonic teaching.
