it's neither left or right, it's more like a scale of 1-100. I beleive humans are capable of not reaching 0 without God.... but they aren't capable of a perfect 100 without God.

She's a new Christian you need to help her to understand things she hasn't been quite exposed to yet.

What this means is. . . No one is perfect, we all have sin. We have all rebelled from God.

Jesus Christ gives us a free pass, but only if we belive in him. (forgiveness of sins)

An atheist can have far better morals then I have. But that won't set him right with God. My free pass sets me right with God.

So they are certainly capable of being "good people" and functioning members of society and helpful to society. Loving of their neighbor.

BUT they still arn't perfect and still don't have that free pass.

The Bible clearly spells out that homosexuals will not inherit the Kingdom of God, in plain english. Or depending on the translation you use, in OLD english. God created man for woman. Adam and Eve were the first couple, and they were man and woman. And you know what else? I'm sick of the heterosexual labels. That label gives the indication that 'heterosexual' is a sexual orientation. It is not. It is the normal way God made us all. You won't find 'heterosexual' anywhere in the Bible. You WILL find 'homosexual' however. Right in the verse that says they will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Go figure.

yeah it's pretty basic. It used to be seen as a mental disfunction but even that is thrown out as "offensive" and it's labelled as a "sexaul prefrence". But...... common sense people! If you don't like the word "sin" thats ok.... but don't tell me that it's right and normal.

3. Christ's prime directive in the New Testament is what Christians refer to as the Great Commission---that Christians are to go forth and spread His teachings to all the nations of the world, so that they too might be saved.

4. Since myself and all the Christians I know of want homosexuals to be saved and go to Heaven, it is our Christian DUTY to advise homosexuals what will happen to them if they don't repent of their egregious sin.

5. After you die and face your judgement day before God, there will be NO excuses. NO ability to "turn back the clock". Childish excuses like "Gee, a lot of Christians on earth were hypocritical meanies to me" isn't going to sway the Almighty. You will be judged ONLY on YOUR own beliefs and actions. It doesn't matter if every last Christian on earth was a hypocrite, you will be judged ONLY by YOUR actions and beliefs.

Heaven or Hell, the choice is yours alone. Eternal bliss or eternal agony. Choose wisely! Eternity is a LONG time.
