Nevermind where your support is from, just be secure in the knowledge that you have it. There are people who are rooting for you, and people who do know you who know that you can do it. The fact that you're a non-Christian is irrelevant. Friendship doesn't know religious divides.

You might be having trouble right now seeing how it will be, a time when you'll be comfortable and your life is how you want it to be, but your therapist can see it, and he's working to get you there. I was training to be a therapist, a lot of our classes discussed how so many people won't come in or can't get beyond the stigma surrounding mental health issues. You've already done that! You got help! You might not realize how strong that makes you already, or be able to see how you're already taking steps to control your own life. You chose to get help. You went to the doctor. You can do this, you're obviously a very strong person.

Hang on! Stick with it! Just take it a task at a time and you'll be walking forward. A small victory is still a victory, and you have so many people who are rooting for you and know you can do this.

it doesn't feel like they will and I'm not strong I'm so weak

It's bad at the moment Haylea. I guess that it all feels so black right now. Know it. Been there. It won't mean much to you when people say it will get better. It will, but it won't feel like it to you right now. I also know what it feels like to be told that you are strong when you feel yourself that you are so weak. That is really difficult. Been there too. I just hope that you can take some strength from knowing we are all here for you and that we care, and that you can vent or whatever, in here.
