When people who hurt you, and haven't seen in years, contact you wanting help. I could rant about that for eternity.
I mean, seriously?!
nuh uh.
Stay away from process foods. Meats, nuts, veggies, eggs, beans. No sugar (except for my coffee). I don't have problems with cholesterol, blood pressure or diabetes, currently, but they all run in my family. I have lost about 9 pounds in the last three weeks. You are allowed to cheat once a week. You will find that you crave this food after a couple of days away from the process foods. It's the Zero Belly Fat diet. I am short person so I am kind of challenged. It link's belly fat to dementia, which also runs on my dad's side, and a lot of other things to it. It eliminates process foods, bread and dairy for the most part. You can do some of gluten free stuff for breads etc.Last night I went to bed at 10 but I checked my blood glucose before bed and it was 320 so I took a shot of my Toujeo and took a slug of Nyquil to help me sleep and checked it an hour later and it was 430. I finally went to sleep and when I woke up it was at 280. I have been starving all day waiting for my blood glucose to drop enough so I can eat. It is now at 180 and I am chowing down. I will check it in two hours and see where its at.
This diabetic stuff sucks. Getting old sucks. I am going to a fish and beans diet only.

If you are asking about starches, I think what I am seeing is gluten free. Brown rice no white rice. Stuff with minerals and vitamins not empty calories. I am still learning about the diet but it's more of change of what you are eating versus eating less food. Though, I think I need to do both. I think the diet may be geared a little more towards men. I am feeling guilty about right now because I should be discussing this with my cousin who is suffering from a number of these problems that I have mentioned. And I have Uncle who is having some issues to and she has been dealing with all of it.starches?
Seriously...... ? Someone paid these people?
Music today is so bad, they can't even competently remake a song that was gifted to them as a classic.
Im not even a Beach Boys fan but that is the WORST cover I have EVER heard (Well, except for the Billy Ray Cyrus Achy Breaky remake. But that is the worst song EVER.)
Hey, if artists today can't even make good original songs on their own, why do you expect them to be able to keep from screwing up remakes? =P
A saying I have adhered to ever since I heard Katy Perry's lamefest known as "Roar" and noticed how similar it sounded to that other song that goes like "Say what you want to say, and let the words fall out. Honestly, I want to see you be brave":
If you are going to suck, at least be original about it.
Sing Twinkle Twinkle, now sing ABC song.
Here's another one.
This old man, he played one He played knick-knack on my thumb Okay, now, just slow it down and think of the kids' favorite doofy dinosaur.
I knew he was a big, purple hack.
ok Toro what you think of this Beach Boys cover
That is how I feel when I have to repeat myself because people don't have the ears to listen to instruction... Or the comprehension that machines do in fact fail sometimes...
Thats when you go all "Chris Tucker" on them.
