OCD obsessing I'm dead vs cotards delusion

cotards delusion is where you think you are dead. I don't know if I think I am or obsessing I am. I have a lot of anxiety because of this and I don't know which is which.

Wulp, I hate schizoaffective disorder. I really do believe I'm dead and in some type of hell.

The dead are in spirit form, dead people can't be seen by people. So if people can see and you can communicate with them, you are not dead, dead people cannot hold physical objects, if you can interact with physical objects, you're not dead. You created an account here and typing to us, a dead person doesn't go around creating accounts to talk to the living, they aren't going around on the Internet messaging people and stuff.
Hope you get through it. That's the devil's lie, because you'd be with the Lord right now, if you believe in Him.

Do you have OCD in other areas of your life? I don't know much about schizoaffective disorder so I don't think I can help much there...I'm only familiar with how OCD works.

I have hyper awareness ocd of my heart. I check my pulse as exposure response prevention. Sometimes i have a hard time finding my pulse and think did my heart stop. But the day my heart does stop i wont be able to check it. So, if you have a pulse you’re still alive.
