All this unsubstantiated trash, Obama doesn't believe in Jesus, look at the button it looks like a Muslim crescent, his church is racist, his wife doesn't eat fruit, gay sex, selling drugs, he wants to kill live babies, his cousin's father's brother's sister's neighbor's butcher is a terrorist . It just all looks and is rather silly.

That's exactly what I've been saying. The members who have posted so many slimy threads about Obama seem to be the ones caught up in a "cult-like" movement in my view.

So, who's your candidate?

I don't currently have one. But I do know who I will not be giving my vote to and why.

As far as Obama goes, I've seen first-hand the campaign and administration of Deval patrick, the man Obama's advisors openly claim is indistinguishable from Barack. We can't as a nation risk the type of inaction and ammatuer mistakes that have beset MA as a result of Deval. Add that to what appears to me to be Obama's apparent dishonesty and lack of understanding on some big issues and I can't in good faith vote for him.

Give him another 6-12 years to develop a record at the national level, and he may be easier identify as successful or not, but right now, I can't go with him.
