I'm so glad someone stated the obvious. That was my first thought when reading the last thread, but I figured 'why bother.'

I've done nude paintings years ago. I regard these as good exercises for observing and representing through painting the body as a beautiful machine. Look at how complex the muscles can be and how the joints articulates gracefully with pose. It's also wonderful coz it's the interface between a soul and the world, a vehicle which a person take form, so there can also be a spiritual observation. It takes some aesthetics training, so if the exercise does not troubles you, thanks God. If it does, just be patient and do your best if unavoidable!!
