I just got Brutal Legend, White Knight Chronicles and Little Big Planet. I'm really enjoying LBP since it is the only one of them that scales to 1080i and is thus playable. I'm gonna grab an HDMI switch and A/B my PS3 with my PC so I can play them all. The first two missions on BL were crazy fun and compounded by my being an old metal head and WKC looks gorgeous from the intro.

Have you never played RPGs like Final Fantasy IV, VI, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound or Phantasy Star IV? All are very arguably much better JRPGs, except for those Playstation polygon graphics.

Actually yes I have..... FFVI and Chrono Trigger are two of my favorite games.... FFIV is great also, I remember playing Earthbound once, as a rental, would love to play it again, but don't know where to look. I haven't played any of the Phantasy Star games, but I've always been interested. It's just that FFVII has sentimental value to me, it's what got me into RPGs in the first place (along with Super Mario RPG: Legend Of The Seven Stars) plus I just think it's a sweet game.... But I have gone back to the originals, so don't go thinking I don't know and like the classics also....

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow PS3

I finally made it past the annoying vampire general, soon I'll be finishing this up. This has gotta be the best 3D Castlevania game to date, despite the obvious "rip-offs" from other popular games. Much better than Dante's Inferno IMO.

Limbo was such a disappointment.

I just got Splinter Cell: Conviction for $10, Skate 3 for $14, and Dante's Inferno for $10, so I'll play those, in that order.

Which reminds me, if anybody wants FF 14 for $20 new, let me know.

I got a Nintendo DS XL for Christmas so I've been switching between Mario Kart (I got the Super Mario Bros. anniversary edition of the DS XL) and LEGO Harry Potter. Also playing Dragon Age (still ) on XB360 and at some point I may try out Epic Mickey (DH got it for Christmas) on the Wii.
