i give him a standard turtle food diet mixture, and sometimes apples n' carrots and greens...he LOVES chicken and salmon and boiled egg whites.

Gotta watch the size of the stones on the bottom of the tank, cuz he's till to chomp on them. hahaa

I had a snapping turtle one time, but i took him from the wild so i eventually released him back into the wild. Here is a picture of one i found on the internet.

Well, i was too scared to remove the hook from his mouth, so i just cut the line and let him go. The hook would eventually come out over time.
