I am dressed weilding a sword and heavy shield to protect me from any advancing people that may see me as just a cat and counting on God's holy spirit to guide me. The cat in the background is the predator who is much smaller in reality than I think he is in my mind
The belt is for purity and the dangling heart is my weak heart that I must protect from someone taking it away from me and breaking it.

Your question: Have you, before you were married, dated different types or usually the same similar types?

No, I'm not sorry I asked at all. Thank you for telling me. How terribly insightful you are. Thank you for sharing that with me.

I dated different types, I think. Until I found what worked for me. The type I'm most physically attracted to is a Patrick Warburton, Tom Selleck, the Rock, Vin Diesel type. Strong, muscular, takes care of business, but with a soft and "honor before glory" type of selfless heart. But, the type I married, is a Gary Sinese type. Who actually does have all the inner character traits, but just none of the physical ones. ... Just goes to show that what you think you want, may not always be what works for you. (not talking about you personally, but the universal you, philosophically speaking. )

What famous person would you say you sort of look like?

You sound like someone who knows what she wants and found it! Yay for you! That is what I have to do is to get off the shallow physical appearance thing I am on and zero in on the character traits that matter.

I have been told many times that I look like Elizabeth Taylor, I am hoping that was in her glory days before her bad political choices, my bad!

What is your 'ideal' day?

I don't think you should edit. But, it's up to you. I often go back and edit my posts, because I sometimes make myself vulnerable by being too transparent about who I am, or what I think. (and some people on this site are a little too condemning)

My ideal day? Oh, a daydream question. Me likey. Okay, My ideal day, I wake up at sunrise, fully refreshed from a full nights sleep, in a clean, soft bed with the smell of flowers and sea breeze coming in from the window. I get dressed in something that not only feels good, it looks good on me. ( a rare thing indeed) and take a stroll on the beach, hearing the sounds of the waves and seagulls. Then lounging on a chaise while some nice hotel worker, brings me my breakfast of fresh, ripened tropical fruit, I sigh taking it all in. ...I don't want to go on and on. But, you get the jist. No housework, no worries, and nothing but beauty to see, smell and experience. That would be my ideal day.

My ideal day would be one when I do not wake up to the alarm clock for starters. I would have no responsibilities to be anywhere and I would not leave the house except to go get take out meals. I would lounge around all day doing as little as possible and I would go to bed when I got sleepy. hmmmm, sounds like my typical day off, lol!

What is your favorite take out meal?

How would you react if you realized that you woke up 2 hours after the time when you were supposed to be at work?

I would probably react with surprise then examine the alarm clock to see what happened, lol!

Is it more important to you to be fashionable or comfortable?

Comfy (and nice looking, lol).


What would you say apart from a short ''excuse me'', if you had a little ''accident'' in a crowded elevator?

I would tell the person beside me to say 'excuse me' lol!

What do you do when your checkbook is SO off that you cannot balance it?

Well, you have a few choices. You could open another bank account, wait for the one that's really messed up to clear everything that is outstanding, and then close it. Or you could go back to the last time you could balance it, and try to balance it from there. Or, you could do the best you can, and then write off the difference, and then be better about getting all your entries in correctly, and balancing it as soon as you get your next statement... before it gets out of wack again.

Sorry if you're going through that. It's frustrating I know.

What's the plan for this fine holiday, for you?

I have tentative plans to meet 'someone' for a coke later today. Mr. Blind Date from last week, lol!

Think I will do as you suggested and just do my best on the checkbook thing. It is making me crazy and sure not worth the worry. I just decided to cut and paste the 'badge' by the way

I like the fun of being outside and eating outside, but "cook out" foods aren't my favorite.

Yes. I try not to fry much of anything we eat.
