I've always loved the story of the fiery furnace though. I named my pet goats Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

(I have trouble with references, too. I learn them, but they don't stick with me like the verses do.)

Do you know the Sunday School song "Deep and Wide"?

YES!! I used to listen to these tapes when I was little that had Sunday school type songs on it!

Do you watch Veggie Tales?

Not so much now, but we watched them on Sunday nights at church when I was little.


Have you seen the Veggie Tales movie Jonah? (I love that!)

Do you watch any little kids shows? And if so which ones?

I don't watch much TV. No cable or satellite and not very good reception for the 3 channels we get!

Do you spend more time watching TV or more time online?

Um, I spend more time doing laundry and keeping my home and family in order. I don't think I've ever measured my down time activities, let alone compared them.

Do you feel guilty about having down time?

No. My whole family is better off when I've had some time to myself.

Do you follow a schedule - certain household jobs on certain days, etc?

Yes. But, I'm not rigid about it. It's there to help me not feel overwhelmed by making the chores more evenly distributed.

Do you plan a weekly menu?

No, but that sounds wise. When I get hungry, I just eat what looks appetizing at the time.

Are you a midnight eater?

When I can get away with it.

Do you like to cook?

Nope. If it's not pre-cooked, canned, packaged, or easy to put togther in say, 5 minutes, then you'll hardly see me making it

Do you like chivalry?

Yes, And I've noticed my wife likes it, too.

Do you appreciate good manners?

Don't you just hate bad manners?

I feel badly for people who work in stores and restaurants and are treated rudely day after day. It's not that difficult to be polite.

No, but my Dad lets me borrow what I need.

Do you like to work around the house - fixing things, odd jobs, etc?

What do you like about your current job?

I like being home with my husband and family.
And I've always loved gardening anyway, so to be able to make money at it is a real gift.

Do you like to watch game shows on TV?

Nope. The plasticness of reality TV shows is more my thing.
