Examples?In case you recall in the last 20 years from marathons to subways and the like, every time they held a test the real thing occurred at the same time. Coincidence? Amazing how that build back better works.

Maybe you don't remember right.well part of the issues with 911 was if I remember right they were testing their systems for just such a case, and people thought it was part of the test at first when the planes went missing.
but I'm sure some will be able to explain why this is a really wonderful idea (or not).
If you want to know how aerosols spread in certain public spaces, it seems to me to make sense to release some aerosols and watch what they do. This isn't unlike testing for leaks by releasing dye into a water stream and seeing where it emerges.

This is pretty thin evidence for "every time for 20 years".
I did not mention or imply "conspiracy". WhyI didn't say it was a conspiracy just saying that it does happen already gave a explanation for why that wasn't conspiratorial, if like with this terrorists released a bio attack during this test they might not realize it was real at first because there was a test delaying helping people.
