Pray. Read scripture. Ask God for understanding and wisdom. Do so with an open heart and mind and He will reveal the truth within you. Seek true knowledge and shed self absorbtion. Pray for perspicuity and discernment. We are members of the Body of Christ, not members of mens institutions. It may be beneficial to attend a church for support and encouragement. Confess your mistakes to God, there is one mediator between man and God. Let no one tell you differently, it is a personal, one on one relationship. Repent and be baptized.
May God bless you with open ears and eyes.
Many Christians are on no official institutional membership list.

Hey please how can I become non-denominational Christian currently I am atheist
THANKS

1. you can ask questions here. engage in study with us.
2. "Community Churches" are typically positioned as "non-denominational" even though most often they appear to be Baptist lead - from what I have seen.
3. Would you be interested in some video testimonies of how atheists became Christian? (one from an atheist chinese communist who converted to Christianity while in China, two others were raised Muslim and then became somewhat atheist before becoming Christian)

(A good friend of mine at church is from the Czech Rebublic but he was never an atheist)

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall saved. Repent of your sins and accept Him into your heart to obey and live a holy life. That’s what you do and why. Then go to a non denominational church that believes and teaches the Bible.

Hello!

First, what do you mean by "non-denominational Christian," and why would you want to be one in preference to joining one of the usual church bodies?

I can think of several possible reasons, but it would be a guess on my part, and it would probably be better if you explained a little bit further.

If you are an atheist, the first step is to understand that God exists.
The existence and the Goodness of God are the most fundamental truth and I do not think that this truth can be deduced through any form of reasoning, because this would mean believing more in such reasoning than in God.
However, I believe that there are solid rational arguments that show that the belief in the existence of an intelligent God is absolutely reasonable, i.e. that this belief has a rational foundation.
In particular, being a physicist,I would like to give you a simple scientific argument supporting the existence of God.
There is another argument from physics that I find strongly convincing; according to our scientific knowledges, all chemical and biological processes (including cerebral processes) are caused by the electromagnetic interaction between subatomic particles such as electrons and protons. Quantum mechanics accounts for such interactions, as well as for the properties of subatomic particles. The point is that there is no trace of consciousness, sensations, emotions, etc. in the laws of quantum mechanics (as well as in all the laws of physcis). Consciousness is irreducible to the laws of physics, while all cerebral processes are, which is sufficient to prove that consciousness is irreducible to cerebral processes and that cerebral processes cannot be identified as the cause of consciousness. The basic assumption of materialism (which identifies cerebral processes as the origin of consciousness) is then contradicted by this fundamental scientific result, i.e. the irreducibility of consciousness to cerebral processes. This result represents the most strong argument in favour of the existence of the soul, as the unphysical and trascendent principle necessary for the existence of our consciousness. Since our soul cannot have a physical origin, it can only be created directly by God. The existence of God is a necessary condition for the existence of our soul, as well as for the existence of us as conscious beings.

The second step is to understand that God, the Creator of your own soul, is the God of the christian faith.

I think that the strongest argument supporting the divine nature of Christ is that the christian concept of God and of divine love is the highest possible concept. It is not possible that man could conceive a concept of God superior to the true God, being God the highest good, the source al all goog and all true love. I find that the idea itself that God loves us so much that He chose to assume the human nature and accepted to suffer crucifission in order to save us, expresses such a high concept of God and of divine love that it can comes only from God and it is certainly a truth. I believe that Chirst suffered His Passion to help us to have faith in Him and trust Him, to make us understand that God loves us infinitely, that God is good and merciful, that God is near to us and that we are so precious for Him so that we may totally trust Him, open our heart to Him and let Him change our existence in true life and true love. Christ taught us to turn to God as Father and to feel loved as children, and this is something new with respect to the Old Testament. In the Old Testament the transcendence of God, His omnipotence and His justice are highlighted; he is a God far from man, even if he is the God who does not want the sinner to die, but who repents and lives. But Jesus Christ is the God who, driven by His irrepressible Love, strips himself of His Transcendence and omnipotence in order to be as close to us as possible.

The christian faith is unique because it gives a very concrete and unique meaning to the concept of divine love: in fact God wanted to express His love in a concrete act, the acceptance of a terrible physical suffering; the God of the christian faith loves us so much that He is willing to suffer a painful death in order to save us from a vain and sinful existence. In the christian faith, love is not only a theoretical and vague concept; Christ’s Passion is a clear and concrete realization of the true love and teaches us the true meaning of love.

All you have to do is become a Christian.

A non-denominational church is simply a church that acknowledges being part of the universal church, but does not answer to a larger denominational hierarchy. Less politics and red tape that way. Teachings and practices vary at these churches.

Hey please how can I become non-denominational Christian currently I am atheist
THANKS

I have written an article at How to be saved by Jesus from Hell | Everybody Matters Ministry that describes how to come to God. I will paste it here also:

What is salvation, or how is a person saved from separation from God in hell. The bible tells us that:

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved [than by Jesus]. Act 4:12

Jesus also said:

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Joh 14:6

So we need to look to the words and commands of Jesus to see how to be saved. The bible uses the word “faith”, which means trust, to describe salvation. We are told:

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Rom 3:28

We are justified by our faith in Jesus to save us, and not by our own righteous deeds.

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; Rom 4:16

We can be assured of salvation, because it is by faith, not our works. This will bring us peace.

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Rom 5:1

Yet we are not to take advantage of grace and just continue in sin:

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Rom 6:1-2

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Gal 5:13

But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. Gal 2:17

So we as Christians, are saved now, by grace, not by our deeds, yet we are not to continue to live in sin, God has a higher path way for us. The grace that saves us, and the thing in which we trust is the forgiveness offered by Jesus when he died in our place on the cross. As a sacrifice for sin.

Every sin we committed was placed upon Jesus at the cross, and He took the penalty that we deserve. Being crucified in the body, but then made alive.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Rom 10:9

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isa 53:4-6

jesus-on-cross.jpg

So the question has to be asked, what if I were to sin, would Jesus forgive me, would I lose grace. Do I need to be perfectly sinless. Although it is good to be sinless the bible tells us that we will all have a degree of sin at the time we die.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1Jn 1:8

So it is not by being sinless that we get to heaven. Yet I give a warning to the one who makes deliberate use of grace to sin, the bible says that when we sin we are hardened, we move toward spiritual blindness.

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Heb 3:13

God allows this progressive blindness to occur, so that we will no longer believe if we are desirous of sin.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2Th 2:11-12

So we should always move toward God, and away from sin.

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 2Pe 1:4-9

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2Ti 2:19

If your starting point is atheist, you may consider moving to the category of agnostic. The difference is that an atheist is certain that there is no God, the agnostic is not certain.

Once you can see yourself as open to inquiry, you can begin to investigate. Some follow a path of science seeing in creation the hand of a creator. Some follow a path of reason like Einstein who came to believe in the God of Spinoza who made himself manifest in the harmony of nature. Whatever path one takes it is generally a search for truth.

If you come to believe that there is a God, you move from the agnostic category to theist. Some, like Einstein and Thomas Jefferson, remain at this point.

If one continues in the quest for truth, one begins to examine various religions. This can be difficult because there are so many, often conflicting, claims.

At this point it is probably best to pray to God for wisdom. The bible says that God gives wisdom to all who ask.

Jesus told Pilate that all who were of the truth would hear his voice. For this reason, it can be helpful to become someone "of the truth". By elevating truth, one establishes a configuration within themselves that becomes sensitive to truth and resonates or responds the closer one gets to truth.

Some see in Islam a closeness to truth greater than Hinduism. However, as one continues to search one will eventually turn to Jesus who the bible says is truth.

The end of this search is having come to the conviction that enough truth has been found to place one trust in it. This is the point where if one places his trust in Jesus, he becomes a Christian.

The path can be difficult and take one over fifty years to come to the point where they trust in Jesus. The path can also take someone five minutes as well. The journey begins with seeking after truth and ends with having found it in Jesus.

Sadly, many churches and Christian traditions have accumulated things that fall short of truth and can make the path more difficult and confusing.

One can start with TV preachers and come to find their limitations. One can visit different churches and denominations and also find their limitations. One can seek Christians who clearly show the light and love of Jesus and learn from them to know Jesus like they do, but even this can be limited.

The path to find Jesus, trust in him, and grow to be like him is laid out in the bible. This connection is at the core of any Christian life.

You might wish to cast a wide net and seek out nuggets of truth in various places. As you get more skilled in discerning truth, you may find that you can quickly find what is of value and what isn't.

Here is a web site for those who have become discouraged in their Christian life or for those who seek to learn more;

Christian Pioneer

I think the first and most important part is to find out why you are an atheist.

What are your current beliefs?

What evidence do you have to suppor those beliefs?

What evidence is there that would contradict your beliefs?

For me it was when I broke it down in stages.

Big bang

Formation of the universe and earth

Life and evolution.

Everything there can be debated except the formation of life. Where did life come from?

Once life became, how did a living thing know to replicate in order to survive?

In order for something to evolve, it must first be alive, so the question would come back to, where did life come from?

Another thing was the formation of the universe, it can't come from nothing because it is so vast.

These two parts gave me reason to believe in a creator.
