You speak for the 'god' you are serving; opposed to Scripture.Nope.
I do not believe in any god.You speak for the 'god' you are serving; opposed to Scripture.
You speak for your literal interpretation influenced by modern American fundamentalism, contradictory to the intentions of the Jewish people and their rich oral history that was used to communicate spiritual truths and provide hope in times of oppression. You ignore science, history, and reality in general so that you can avoid literary analysis and critical thinking.I speak for YHWH, in faith in Jesus, by His Grace, in line with all Scripture.
You don't have to believe in any god.I do not believe in any god.
Yes, now how do you fuel them? And monitor them? How many people are required to empty the tonnes of manure, fuel the furnaces, feed the animals, all using the single tiny door? How much fuel is required, along with food and clean water?
The ark is beyond the technology of today let alone 5000+ years ago.
So you believe, the archaeological evidence says otherwise. We don't have the skills and technology to build and maintain the ark over the course of a year on opens oceans today.I have already solved those problems. People in Noah's day had all the skills and technology needed to build and manage the ark. The ark was large enough to hold all the supplies needed for a year.
They were much 'smarter' than people today - they believed in God either because God saved them, or because God destroyed them !!!!!!
Same thing now - these end days - everyone will know that He is God,
and
everyone will either be saved, or destroyed. No other options !!!!!

I believe they were generally smarter in their time, if knowledge of survival is the measure. People today don't know how to keep a toilet from overflowing.
Is there any evidence in archaelogy supporting this? Was it just Noah's family who possesed these skills?
And did Noah even have a toilet?
And yet Noah and his family seem to have failed to pass on these astonishing boatbuilding skills to his descendants. There were artisans and skilled craftsmen all over the place in his day.
Just to note, according to the bible there were only 8 people on the ark. The idea that this is enough to feed, clean, feed and maintain oldwiseguys newly invented furnaces does not pass muster.
Cool now go feed the 10000 animals, oh and there's a tonne of manure to shift through a small door.If wood is cut and stacked it takes very little time and effort to keep a furnace going. I do physical work for a living. Those who don't have little comprehension of how much actual work can be done in a days time by one person. A friend and I once cut, raked, and bailed a large hayfield one summer weekend. The owner, his uncle-in-law, an insurance executive, was totally perplexed at how two guys could get that much work done in so little time.![]()

What and they forgot all of the connected skills? It was a onetime structure (not a 'boat') built for a onetime event.
