Wow.
If someone snatched your purse, would you chase them down the street apologizing?
I don't view blocking me as a crime against me, as I would theft, but rather as a response to something offensive I must have done. Having a social disorder, not knowing what I did wrong is a common problem, so I always try to find out so that I can prevent myself from making the same mistakes in the future.
What if I told you I would block you the next time you mentioned evolution?Having a social disorder, not knowing what I did wrong is a common problem, so I always try to find out so that I can prevent myself from making the same mistakes in the future.
Well, Sarah, for the record, I've been blocked by several people ... and you know what?
I don't care.
What if I told you I would block you the next time you mentioned evolution?
It would bother me that you would find that to be reason enough to block me, and if you did that you might as well not be in this part of the forum considering that evolution is going to come up. I would live, of course, but it wouldn't make me happy.
Well, I'm certainly not going to fault your sensitivity.
You sound like you genuinely care.
I don't care about the bible.Read the Bible.
Isaiah 54:9
For this is like the days of Noah to me: as I swore that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth, so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you and will not rebuke you.
Matthew 24:37-39
As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they did not know until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
Jesus refers to the days of Noah not some story.
Luke 17:26
As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of man.
Luke 17:27
They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
Hebrews 11:7
By faith Noah, being warned by God concerning events as yet unseen, took heed and constructed an ark for the saving of his household; by this he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness which comes by faith.
1 Peter 3:20
who formerly did not obey, when Gods patience waited in the days of Noah, during the building of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were saved through water.
2 Peter 2:5
if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven other persons, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;
2 Peter 3:5-6
They deliberately ignore this fact, that by the word of God heavens existed long ago, and an earth formed out of water and by means of water, 6 through which the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished.
Peter is so bold as to call it a fact.
Sigh and here I thought Jesus preached a message of love and acceptance.Have you considered that many of us don't consider rejection of the Scriptures to be Christ like?
Jesus believed in the flood. Do Christians who reject the flood think they now something He did not?
Jesus quoted Genesis as historical fact. Do Christians who reject Genesis think He was completely mistaken?
For the Christians who reject the Scriptures, on what do they base their rejection? Certainly nothing they can cite in the Scriptures themselves indicate that it's nothing more than a collection of mythology. If it was, why would anyone believe any of it?
Theistic evolution is a cross between the truth of the Scriptures and the lie of evolution. Blending a lie into the truth makes it no longer the truth. That's the problem I have with theistic evolutionists or Christians who reject the Bible. The only basis for what they believe appears to be what they choose to accept to reject.

Christians who accept science and evolution do not reject Scriptures, they just reject *your* interpretation of those Scriptures. I suspect that it is God who knows what he meant not you.
You might also consider that beside the Scriptures there are the works of God, the universe and world that we live in. To me, if you take the view you do you reject the evidence of God's works.

Nice try, but I'm not going to break forum rules.
I'm saying that what they believe has no basis in the Scriptures, nor is it supported by science.
Christ did not teach that man evolved. He taught that the Scriptures were true and that the flood was a real event involving the people mentioned in Genesis.
Evolution says it's all a lie; that man evolved from simple chemicals over millions of years and there was no involvement of any God.
Yep, no true Christian. If you do not believe as KW tells you to believe, you reject the Bible.
The love overwhelms.

How does that make sense? If you believe God created them then you must be a Creationist.

Why does your message of love and redemption sound eerily akin to a threat from a mob boss?
Are there any scientific theories that you do accept?
Sorry. I get a little angry sometimes.
For the sake of your soul, listen to me. There is going to be a judgment and vengeance. The Lord is going to win. If you do not believe in the Son of God, you have no chance. It's believe or be destroyed. There is no third option.
Dear Loudmouth, Sure. All of them. Are there any Christian doctrines that you accept?
BTW, The ToE is NOT Science, but instead, is a Satanic Lie which is being forced upon our innocent children in the Public Schools of the United States. God have mercy on the souls of those who are offending these little ones by falsely teaching them that they evolved from the common ancestor of Apes. Mat 18:6
In Love,

It is my religious faith that I believe that God made the universe and all that is in it. I don't know this to be true. For me it is simply faith and that is enough for me.How does that make sense? If you believe God created them then you must be a Creationist.
