  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

worried that you haven't had morning sickness?! be thrilled!! my SIL is due in four weeks and the only complaint that she's had is that her feet were sore one day after being on them for twelve hours (she's a band director). if her belly wasn't constantly getting bigger, she wouldn't have even known she was pregnant!

i, on the other hand, had morning sickness (or, rather, ALL DAY sickness) until 5.5 months. :(

consider yourself lucky!

I'm also 5 weeks pregnant and I haven't had any nausea. I'm hoping it just never comes!! With my first pregnancy I also didn't have any, and the only thing I remember was feeling hungry all the time at first..

Congratulations on your pregnancy!!

Still early days, but hopefully you'll miss out.

With my first two pregnancies I had terrible morning sickness from quite early on to about 6 months, but with this pregnancy I didn't start feeling sick till around 8 weeks and it was over by 16.

Well..the reason I get worried is b/c I read in some book that said if you have nausea then you will have a healthy pregnancy. It said that in many cases women who didn't have nausea ended up miscarrying. This just freaked me out but I do have a friend who said she didn't get nausious with 2 out of 4 pregnancies, they babies came out perfectly healthy.

I wouldn't stress over whether you get nauseous or not. Infact the stress is bad for the baby. And it's in God's hands anyways. If He wants you to have this baby you're gonna have it whether you're nauseous or not. And I've heard of plenty of women who've not been nauseous or sick during pregnancy and had perfect little babies :)

That book is not accurate! I was sick with only one of my babies - the other two i had no sickness at all..
