CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Day four of five PT at home exercises. I neglected one week and tomorrow I will see my physical therapist. We will see what she says.

I'm just glad to report that my plantar fasciitis rupture is healed and it's just the scar tissue left that has to recover the next few months. So February I will be able to start walk exercising again. And maybe I can have a new strength trainer and new plan that I can use the feet for cardio.

So far this month, I have definitely made progress. I'm down to my last belt loop, gonna have to buy a smaller belt soon, maybe also drop a pants size. I was able to wear one of my old vests without being too overly self-concious about it. I bought a new vest that seems to fit okay, so I'm happy about that.
Last time I went to my favorite Thai place, I actually got full before finishing my food, so I seem to have shrunk my stomach, to where I get full faster, after eating less. Happy about that.

Thanksgiving is almost here. Going to have to be very mindful, do not wanna stretch my stomach back out.

@sampa That looks like the exercise I did in physical therapy years ago. Plus a ball against the wall while marching in place. They worked. Keep it up. You’ll be on the mend soon!

December is my planning month and I’m eager for it to arrive. It sets me up for the coming year. I have one book on my must read list. I revisit it ever year or two. I chose my word of the year and tweaked my schedule.

2023 is looking good!

@bèlla thanks for the encouragement! I haven't tried a ball against the wall while marching in place but my last strength training session he showed me how to do all sets with the ball.
