There you go again, using some strange definition of another word! If by "draining" you mean "putting the swamp in charge of running the government and making it bigger" then yeah, I guess he could be said to be "draining" it.

What a relief? We had a Christian President in Obama who was humble and set about fixing the divisive foreign affairs policy of the Bush administration. Now, we have a egotistical sexual deviate who has proclaimed that he doesn't need to ask God for forgiveness and has set foreign relations back 50 years. He embraces Russian leader Putin who has had numerous political foes assassinated. What a relief.
