I think that's how it's spelled ninja scroll, but anyway I read the review of the movie without thinking to look at the rating first (cause I heard alot of good feed back). All that I saw when I looked at the violence and well all the other things they had on there alot of sexually based themes shall we say and I would just like to ask you why anyone would want to make something so awful.

You could say the exact same thing about most of the programs on Network Television, and the answer is the same in every case, Sex and Violence sell to viewers.

I completely understand, and I'm trying to tell you, it's because in today's market sex and violence sell. Why do you think people buy Hentai DVDs? Plenty of people LOVE kinky stuff like that.

I'm not one who shy's from violence, profanity, or sexual content to say the least. But there is a big difference between how Anime's like Elfen Lied present it, and how Ninja Scroll just flaunts it. Just because you can use something, doesn't mean you should every chance you get. There is something to be said about knowing when it would or wouldn't be appropriate.
