Night Owl or Early Riser

If left to my own devices I have extremely irregular sleep patterns. In general I tend to be a night owl, although getting up at 5 or 6 every day kills me when I am up till midnight most nights. I could do it when I was young, but not anymore. Every now and then I literally crash and sleep all day long (and all the next night too-- paying my sleep debt).

I am similiar. During the week, early riser. I'm on 1st shift now when I used to be on 3rds. On days off, I tend to sleep in to catch up.

Because of work and getting up at 6 AM every morning 5 days a week. (Plus getting up at 8 AM on Sunday for church) I'm more of a morning person now. On Saturdays the only day I can sleep in I usually end up getting up at 8 or 9. Sometimes I'll even be up by 7.

I was an early bird until the week I turned 18, at which case I became a night owl. Though once you get older, work, stuff like that, you can't help but get up early as you must.

I don't stay up that late... usually 10:00-11:00pm... and I awake after the sun's already up about 7:00-8:00am.

Im a bit of both, sometimes Im a real night person and can pull an all nighter without any problems. Othertimes i feel like a complete nanna, go to bed early and get up at the crack of dawn.

I used to be strictly night owl. These days, I'm a little of both, but more of an early riser. It's 5 am... unless I'd been up all night, this is just insanity for a night owl.

For some odd reason I've just always had an easier time sleeping during the day
