These are spurious statistics....and secondhand....and from a charity, not a news organization.

For example....

Children were denied access to basic services, 70% said they suffered from hunger and 68% said they didn’t receive any healthcare.

The claim is that "children are being denied basic services".

70% said they suffered from "hunger". Does that mean they were denied food or starved? Maybe. It could just as easily mean they were asked the question "were you hungry at any time during detention?" And they responded "yes".

The second stat is...."68% claim they didn't receive any healthcare". That doesn't actually mean anything. It doesn't state how many needed any healthcare.

Clearly it won't make it less painful if your child died because they were used as human shields by Hamas than if they were beheaded by Hamas.
