New Rule: No public discussion of CF Google Ads

I've amended Rule 7 to prohibit public discussion of Google ads:

This is to comply with Google Ads terms of service and rules. If we allow discussion of their ads, Google may construe that as encouraging members to click the ads and this is grounds for refusal to pay us for showing their ads.
