Ah-ha! I looked all over the FAQ to find out how to do this and couldn't find anything. Thankfully I came across this by chance!

[bible]John 3:16-18[/bible]

[bible]John 11:25-27[/bible]

[bible]Romans 10:8-10[/bible]

This was really nice! In fact, just a few days ago I noticed someone who posted bible verses in this format (with a separate "box" for the verses, if you know what I mean..). Then I wondered if there was a tag that did this, but I didn't find any such tag. However, I just decided that this person must have done it manually, and then I just stopped thinking about that.

So...now there IS actually a tag that does this. That's great! Thanks so much!

Of course, I have to check if it works:

[bible]Proverbs 28:5[/bible]

 Hello, Erwin & Friends!

What a perfect feature that you have made available to us, especially appropriate at a Christian site!

And as far as the translation you're using, ;) If the KJV was good enough for Jesus and the Apostles, it's good enough for me!

the only problem with the bible tags is if you PREVIEW before send, you lose the box...

Micah 7:16-1816 The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. 17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee. 18 Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.

I'll preview to make sure it works, and then the box is gone.

Have to cut out the text and re-enter the bible tags to get it to show... and the below will look ok as long as I don't Preview again.

[bible]micah 7:16-18[/bible]

Jesus!
A very appropriate colour too. Red reminds me of blood, which in turn, reminds me of how he died for our sins.
