I just signed up to this forum looking for someone to talk to about my own beliefs since basically none of my friends are christians and i generally have no one to talk to. I was reading the posts and it seems that most people on here either don't really know what they are talking about or arn't christians at all. Anyways I hope im wrong because this forum could really help me to get to know some fellow christians and have someone to talk to about the subject every once in a while.   So anyways Hi everyone and I hope to have some fun in here.

A lot of people in this particular forum (science) are not Christians, but the forum is labelled as such. There are other Christian-only sections if you want to discuss your beliefs with just Christians.

Like Pete said, this section of the forums is for discussion and civilized debate between both Christians and non-Christians. If you would like to meet some other Christians I suggest you check out the Fellowship Court. But I am glad to meet you and I am a fellow believer, hope you enjoy the boards

I suspect there are a lot of people here who don't know what they're talking about; for instance, I have only a marginal clue about serious biology, and Rufus is probably not a particularly experienced theologian. Still, we have fun.

Hi Redmoon and welcome to the forum.
Since you are posting in the creationism/evolution forum I would like to remind you that accepting, or rejecting, evolutionary theory has nothing whatsoever to do with being christian.
THere are many non-christians who do not accept evolution, and there are even more christians who do. In fact, the vast majority of christians world wide accept the fact that is evolution.
