afternoon i spent most of today walking around town with my husband it was nice had lunch and bought some games for my husband and some veggie food for me husband cant eat it as it has kidney beans and for some reason he has a bad reaction to them going to a group tonight with the church its nice and sunny here was grey this morning hopefully the good weather stays around for a while want to walk more

It's been a pretty good day here too . I got back from Church at lunch time and have been a bit busy ever since.

Perhaps once I've had my meal I'll be able to sit and relax a bit
