  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

How do you feel about decorated cats?


My loving cat would probably start plotting to murder me in my sleep, and I wouldn't blame her.

My daughter asked if she could paint my cat for the holidays once (she was about 8) and I said NO!




I told her should paint her own hair for the holidays but she didn't take me up on it. (I knew she wouldn't).

Seriously, if people want to get creative with hair maybe they should stick with their own.

Oh me too. I'm not even drawn to some of the more exaggerated features in breeding. My favorite breeds are all just plain wolf-looking.

I've noticed the like buttons disappearing randomly. Usually if I reload they will be there again, but not always. I've given up a time or two lately and not been able to rate a post.
