Very few husbands could show that to their wives. That's just asking for trouble.

Well, yeah, but the husband looks like he could provide a counterweight himself ...that's a recipe for disaster
That's not the problem. Show many wives something like this and you will immediately have a disastrous conversation starting with,"So are you saying I'm fat?". It is a downward spiral with no recovery after that.Well, yeah, but the husband looks like he could provide a counterweight himself ...
Yeah, well, I'm not actually suggesting anyone do it.That's not the problem. Show many wives something like this and you will immediately have a disastrous conversation starting with,"So are you saying I'm fat?". It is a downward spiral with no recovery after that.
Definitely not showing that picture to my wife.
Not ever.
But seriously, just because a husband shows his wife such an image, isn't calling HER fat? But then again, discretion may often be the better part of valor. Each man should know his own wife's temperament.![]()
My wife being an RN, she sees CONSTANT obese folks and has to deal with them. She threw her back out a few weeks back as a few nurses sought to turn a 700-lbs. woman on her side!! This woman, Kate said, was like Jabba. It was rough. They get massive folks in all the time. That meme would make my wife crack up, not internalize it as herself being the counterweight LOL
That's good. I'm not skinny by any means, and these surgeries are making me a bit more body-conscious, but I still thought it was funny.
But - 700 pounds??? Wow ... that must be a miserable way to live. I can't imagine what that must be like. And I can't imagine trying to care for someone in that condition.
