CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Graduate from Norther Illinois University as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army (assuming I don't become irrepairably injured). My rank will then be 2nd LT. with my Mission Occupation Specialty being Infantry. I hope to make a career of being a leader in the military and doing my part to serve the Unites States, to serve God, and to serve the men who I command.

I don't even have the time to pick up my instruments anymore, so I'm not in a band. I've never really been in one Christian worship band before for about 2 years. I have no fear of turtles either, I use to have one as a pet.

I like to do athletic stuff like run, swim, tennis, lift, rock climbing, biking, skiing, and all that Jazz. I listen to and play music in my spare time. I have like the biggest music collection ever. I play the guitar, bass, and piano. I use to like to hang out with my friends until they all moved away.
I'm not really stationed anywhere. I attend college at Northern Illinois University while in the ROTC program. I do frequently have to go to Great Lakes Naval Base though for training.

I've never had it. I try to spend as little time in Chicago as possible. It's too fast paced for me.

Other than Jesus and God totally changing my life around I would have to say a close friend of mine, David. He put so much effort into everything. Did well at sports, got A+'s, perfect scores on the Sat and ACT, Got accepted to MIT, graduated valedvictorian. Kind of made me be like "Wow, maybe if I try really hard, I can be like him." Surely enough I did. I started to try extremely hard in college and ROTC and now I'm getting like a 3.8GPA. Higher than ever.
