Well someone brought up eating pork and I responded. After that, it kind of ended up in the twilight zone.All flesh is flesh.Pork,chicken,beef,it is all the same thing.Lets please stop the pork-o-phobia.

Without getting into the same endless genealogies,of endless repetitive verses..Really,what is the difference? They all have the same innards,blood,parasites,organs,same thing.Have you ever been to a beef slaughterhouse?

It may be hard for some to understand but God created us and He created the animals.
Actually God knows more that we do and He wouldn't reveal this to us if it was not good for us.
God is love and His motive for everything He does is love.
He told us not to eat these things for our own good.
The only question is will we believe Him and do what He commands us.
Do you have enough faith to believe Him or will you say to Him I know more than you God and I'm going to do what I think is best.
Sounds a lot like Adam and Eve in the garden.

All the verses where Paul said it is all clean,or eat ALL the MEAT sold in the MEAT market are straight up verses.
When some peole add speculation the the obvious text,they are adding to scripture.

Corinth was not noted to be a holy place.It was noted for immorality,and it was a trade city,where mosaic law,was not the dominant president.
Also,due to it's coastal location,no doubt other seafood that was sold there,was not "allowed".It had to have fins and scales,or the Jewish people could not it eat,because it was against the law of Moses.

Well, on a physical understanding and perpective I doubt very much that you can show that pork eaters die any faster than non-pork eaters.
I also don't recall where those supposed commands give you the authority to condemn other people using a physical measure of HEALTY eating as opposed to their not doing so. Were it just you and a pig on an island, your own appetite may serve your condemnation under that flag of obedience.
Pork and every animal contain spiritual correlations. SWINE MEAT is associated with the words of the DEVIL. So are all of the 'unclean' animals and other CRUSTACEANS etc. They are correlative and allegorical as Paul showed us in the N.T. with the OX treading out the wheat/muzzel LAW in connection with MEN preaching the Gospel. Paul understood ALL the laws in correlative spiritual fashion. They ALL have really about ZERO value in CONDEMNATION as it relates to man. The same LAW has much value in the condemnation of EVIL within and the causes thereof.
Throwing PEARLS before SWINE is throwing GODS WORD before DEVILS and expecting it to be understood when it will in fact be RESISTED.
