Don't water it sown to drag performers. These are drag queens. Drag queens / drag queen shows are a part of the adult sexual entertainment industry.

Queer community. Queer means; strange odd bizarre creepy. Yes, it's odd that it got so ridiculously popular. Especially the high focus on immersing little children in it. It's where progressivism has gone off the rails.
You can thank Republicans and conservatives for that. I had never even heard of Drag Queen Story Hour until after 2016. Conservatives are absolutely fixated on the habits of LGBTQ people and what they do in their bedrooms. It makes sense they're curious about what they do in public too, but of course they cant show it as curiosity. It has to be disgust and hate in public lest they are seen in cahoots like dirty Liberals. Have you ever researched the most popular online adult entertainment in conservative states, by chance?
The lion's share of it is resistance towards children being immersed in LGBTQQIP2SAA+ via their schools, libraries, books, gaming, TV, and merchandise etc. And it would likely be more prolific and intensive if it wasn't under scrutiny. That's why they try to gaslight us with "the more you talk about it, the worse it gets" or "if you ignore it, it will go away".
