He missed some simple facts about Christ's 7 Messages to the 7 Churches in Asia (Minor).

The two Churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia Lord Jesus had NO rebuke for. So this guy's 5 part formula doesn't work with those two Churches. And that fact should be enough to make what Jesus said to these two Churches stand out from the other 5 Churches.

Jesus mentioned a doctrine that both Smyrna and Philadelphia knew about which was not mentioned to the other 5 Churches. It's about those of the "synagogue of Satan" that represent the devil's servants that creep in 'claiming'... to be Jews, but are not Jews.

Jesus speaks to Smyrna and Philadelphia in a sense that they already are guaranteed crowns of glory with Him. Thus they represent His very elect that cannot be deceived.

The seven candlesticks in Heaven per Rev.1 represent the 7 Churches. Per Rev.11, there's to be "two candlesticks" that will make a stand with God's two witnesses against the beast at the end of this world. Once again, that is pointing to Christ's very elect of the Churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia.
