Did I ask the age that science believes the universe to be or did I ask about space, matter, energy and time? IOW, you cannot answer the questions that I asked, correct?

Your question was not clearly asked. You could ask it again.

"Because of the limitations of the laws of science, we can't make any guesses about the instant the universe came into being. Instead, we can look at the period immediately following the creation of the universe."

How the Big Bang Theory Works

Correct. We can only calculate to an instant before the Big Bang, actual observations of events occurred several hundred thousand years after the event.

Did I ask for the definition of time? Here are the questions that I asked, do you see your answer for any of them?
Yes, there were answers to your questions there, but again, poorly asked question will not get you the answers that you want.

Too long didn't read
Theory of evolution has no evidence , that's why it's called theory after 150 years and not law of evolution .

Sorry, but you just demonstrated that you are scientifically illiterate. A theory is as good as it gets in science. Theories do not become laws. Theories can and have replaced laws. And you do not even know what evidence is. I will gladly help you understand the concept. There is so much evidence for evolution that it is considered to be a fact, just as gravity is assumed to be a fact, by scientists.

What does this tell you, if anything? It was in the OP.

Yes, you demonstrated that you had no rational reason for your beliefs in the OP. You are demonstrably wrong, but do not seem to be interested in learning why.

If that does not give you a hint, my apologies but I will still use the common English definition of the word "theory" when appropriate.

Sorry, but then you are merely repeating an error. If you don't mind being corrected every time that you make that mistake feel free.

Sure, I can copy and paste it. I am a rather simple minded person so not sure I can make it any simpler

Where, when and how did space, matter, energy and time come into existence and in what sequence, using empirical evidence for your answer?

I would also ask the same question about natural laws?

If this does not work, I will try to break it up for you.

Natural laws simply "are". There is no indication that a god was needed at all. You do not seem to realize that if you want to claim that a god was involved that the burden of proof is upon you. I can explain much of the evidence for evolution to you, but it might take some time to bring you up to just understanding the basics of science.

hen you will get the same sort of answers again.
OK, let me try this again.

1) In the beginning, before the BB expanded and this applies to all questions.

2) Where did space come from?

3) Where did matter come from?

4) where did energy come from?

5) When did the time dimension come into existence?

Natural laws simply "are". There is no indication that a god was needed at all.

Did I say anything about "god"?

"Natural laws simply "are", is that your idea of empirical science?

So, when someone challenges my Biblical beliefs I can simply say they "are" and that satisfies a question, really?

Nobody knows. All science has at this point is speculation. But you don't know, either--so we're all in the same boat. Some of us think God brought it all about ex nihilo (though I'm more of an ex materia man myself) But nobody knows exactly what happened.

2) Where did space come from?

Space appears to be continually made. I know this is weird sounding, but space may expand into itself. Space appears to be still expanding today, just not at the rate that it did during the Big Bang.

3) Where did matter come from?

Energy.

4) where did energy come from?

Hard to say. But I do know that the total energy of the universe has been measured. And it does not present a problem. Believe it or not, but the total energy of the universe has been measured and it appears to be zero. That is largely because there is both positive and negative energy. If there is "no energy" in the universe then nothing from nothing is not a problem.

5) When did the time dimension come into existence?

Don't know. We don't even know if they needed to come from somewhere.

Did I say anything about "god"?

Yep, go look at your OP.

"Natural laws simply "are", is that your idea of empirical science?

It is an observation so yes.

So, when someone challenges my Biblical beliefs I can simply say they "are" and that satisfies a question, really?

No, I can demonstrate that empirical laws exist. I doubt if you can demonstrate that any of your beliefs exist.

What part of "in the beginning, before the BB" do you not understand?

What do you not understand about "where did it come from"

There are millions of articles about the theories of the aftermath of the BB if I want to know those theories. My questions have nothing to do with that event so why do you insist on addressing the BB?

Because NOBODY KNOWS what happened before. If you have trouble understanding that sentence, ask questions and we will try to explain it to you. Look up the words in a dictionary if you have to. The two important words are 'nobody' and 'knows'. They go together: nobody knows.

You don't appear to like the answers.

Because shortly after the Big Bang is as far as the scientific method can take us right now. Demanding answers that do not exist will not get you anywhere. Not being able to answer your questions does not justify you rejecting all of science. We can still show your beliefs, such as the Adam and Eve myth, a Noah's Ark myth, did not happen.

Don't worry, that does not disprove Christianity. Conflating creationism with Christianity is a major error. There are countless Christians that do not believe the myths of Genesis. Their faith is just fine.

Part of the problem with trying to conceptualize the early universe (the real early universe) is that we're used to thinking in a classical sense where time and space have a certain meaning. When you start shrinking things down those concepts start to get a little more weird and suddenly concepts like "before" and "where" may no longer even apply in the same fashion.

Then a different word than "theory" should have been used. In regards to such claims as evolution or even the myth of creationism it has a very specific meaning in that context.

By the way, we know that the creation story is a myth because we can apply the scientific method to the theory of evolution.
You can apply it, but it doesn't prove it. The point of the creation accounts is that God created it, and it was. Which we can see.

I happen to be one of those people that take Scripture just as it is written when it makes perfectly good sense and there is no compelling reason to believe it to be a metaphor, idiom, symbolism, etc.

Are you saying "Man was created first" like before heavens and earth? If so, if Scripture does not read that way, I do not accept it, do you?
Technically, man was not made first in Genesis 2, but it's a different telling than Genesis 1. And it appears to contradict, though I don't believe it does.

Genesis 1 is what is known as a frame story

You can deny reality, but you will simply be wrong. The Genesis account is clearly myth. I can claim that forests prove the Paul Bunyan story. No one who has investigated them will take me seriously. And no one that has studied life will take your claims seriously either.

I take it you don't think Paul Bunyan was real?

Ever heard of the Nephilim, or ever heard of fallen angels?

There are countless myths that can be reinterpreted.

Abusing the Bible does not help you.
