I would honestly tell people I remember receiving it as a miraculous creation of a man that I associated with God. I would also honestly tell people that I presume I was likely hallucinating.
I would investigate where it came from - look up the UID and IMEI numbers and figure out which factory it was manufactured at, when it was made. If the hardware lacked an imprinted IMEI, that would be evidence to support the claim that it really came from nothing. If the IMEI was within the range of known manufacturing, that would support the claim that I got it by some mundane method and am delusional.

I gave two methods for distinguishing a divinely created ipad from a manufactured one. Since you seem to object to my assumption that God is not a deceiver, I even included one that could be tested even with a deceitful god. This isn't a case of the question not being answered, but you refusing to address the answer.

Well for the record, God created the earth ex nihilo about 4004 BC, and there's no physical evidence to substantiate it.

This thread demonstrates that a god who doesn't want to be believed can do things for which a rational person will find alternative explanations. I don't think anybody has disputed that a trickster god could make his existence impossible to verify. But the Biblical God, the one I worship, is not a trickster.

Not really -- panspermia is an origins theory, not a biodiversity theory. And even as such, it doesn't so much answer the question as relocate it... after all, if life on Earth came form somewhere else, where did that life come from?
