I've given you two options which tou have ignored. If god created it per the op, then god being honest would honestly place accurate designation of origin info on it.

Any serial numbers would not track back to any ipads apple made, or if they did, the manufactured ipad could be potentially located and presented as evidence.

I would honestly tell people I remember receiving it as a miraculous creation of a man that I associated with God. I would also honestly tell people that I presume I was likely hallucinating.
I would investigate where it came from - look up the UID and IMEI numbers and figure out which factory it was manufactured at, when it was made. If the hardware lacked an imprinted IMEI, that would be evidence to support the claim that it really came from nothing. If the IMEI was within the range of known manufacturing, that would support the claim that I got it by some mundane method and am delusional.
