My mother passed away a few hours ago

My mom passed away a few hours ago. She died when I was holding her hand ten minutes after I had arrived at the hospital. She was breathing very slowly, but then she slowed down and eventually stopped breathing. I thought that she was going to come home that day, but she didn't.

I'm so sorry. I know how hard it is to lose a loved one. Your have my deepest condolances.

I'm so very sorry about your mom passing away !
My Mom passed away about 5 years ago and it was so very very painful ! We were very close and I feel like a part of me went with her !
I wish I had something to say that would make you feel better. The thought that she's with the Lord, helps.
But to be quite frank...this is going to be one of the worst times of your life !
Nurture yourself right now. First stage is often total
shock untill the reality of it sets in. Then cry as long and hard as you need to. Don't worry about keeping a stiff upper lip for the others. This grief/ crying stage is important psycologically, a part of letting go, and is just awful. I'm so sorry ! I KNOW you can't even imagine it now, but it's really true that as time passes, it will gradually hurt less and less.

Its great you were with her in her last minutes. I'm very sorry for your lost. It must be dificult to deal with.
