My mom confidently claimed that, several decades ago, she had heard the audible voice of a GOD. She commonly made this assertion to many people up until the day that she died two weeks ago.heron said:

People in my family seemed more focused on money hours after the funeral, intstead of grieving. I was very taken aback. I was alone crying profusely at my mom's grave two hours after she was buried. But when I rejoined the family at a house afterward, money was their prime focus. They really seemed to rush out of that funeral fast. I was left standing alone at my mom's grave, they were so quick.heron said:

Thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. I'm glad that things finally seem to be winding down a bit. My brother and I just have to go see the attorney this upcoming friday to finalize some stuff with my mom's will.MsAnne said:

I think that I've been able to process my mom's death okay. It's just all of the legal property distractions with my brother which are more difficult. I did a good portion of my grieving before my mom passed away, because I was watching her when she was real sick.
