That He will, including raining down stones from Heaven. Don't imagine anyone will stand out in the open debating their age or origin then...

Revelation 16:21 KJV
"And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great."

Let's keep praying for a better fate for our buds here, huh?
God Willing, yes.
If God Determines a Judgment/ Vengeance, so be it.

So if you dig in your backyard and find a trilobite fossil, then dig down further and find a set of car keys, what would that tell you?

That something very strange is going on.

Or I've done the impossible and literally dug my to China.

For me, all those layers were layed down during the great flood. There is good scientific evidence to support that too if you research it my friend.
Your totally wrong. You have no idea what your talking about.

There is way too much going on in the earth to even believe such a crazy idea. The planet is not static. There are all sorts of stuff going all over the Earth. Case in point is the large igneous province in the Coastal Oregon/Washington coast that is the mantle plume caused by the Yellowstone Hot Spot.

You're obviously someone who's never bothered to actually go out and look to see what sorts of "layers" are out there.

What good would it do me?

I go out and find something, then I'd have to look it up in sciency documentation to tell me what it is I found.

I wouldn't have learned a thing.

... how is that not learning?

What good would it do for you to go out and actually look at the thing you're talking about? You really don't know?

I go out and find something, then I'd have to look it up in sciency documentation to tell me what it is I found.

I wouldn't have learned a thing.
So you're just saying stuff about things you've never looked at or have any interest in looking at in the future.

Kind of makes your claims meaningless, doesn't it?

On the third day of the creation week, Earth consisted of one giant ball of seawater.

Let's call it Terra Aqua, for lack of a better term.

View attachment 361158

Then God commanded the atoms to get together and form land.

Then He commanded the waters to stand aside and let the land come to the surface.

View attachment 361159

Here's my question:

Are we expected to believe that that land consisted of millions and millions of years' worth of layers of fossils?

Including fossils of plants, which said plants weren't even created until later in the day?

I contend that God created only ONE LAYER, and calls that layer "Earth."

Not Hadean, Archean, Proterozoic, Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Cenozoic, or any other kind of "zoic".

"Earth"

What say you?

I say, "Let's go for a drive, AV." ^_^

Again -- let me make this plain -- I'm going to see the exact same thing anyone else can see.

If I see a dinosaur egg, you will see it too -- and vice versa.

Kind of makes your claims meaningless, doesn't it?

No.

I thought this was about "layers".

How is this any different than someone who's never read or looked at the Bible making claims about what's in the Bible?

Check out this article and links in it to prove that the earth is indeed a young earth:

Part way down the page in the linked article I'm reading that: "Facts don’t speak for themselves". I'm sorry to say, but facts do matter.

It's a fact that the Cascade Mountain Arc exist. And that for the past 40 million years volcanic eruptions have been building mountains. It's a fact that the Yellowstone Hot Spot exist and that for the past 50 million years see where it burned its way to it's present location. It's a fact that continental drift exist. Like a puzzle we can place the land masses together. It's a fact that 100 million years ago there was a shallow sea down the center of North America. It's shore line is still discernible in some areas along with marine fossils. And those are just the tip of factual examples.

Answers in Genesis will not tell you the complete picture. They are dishonest to the core.

Was it a fact at one time that scientists thought the layer of moon dust was deep?

Well, one thing's for sure, no-one really knew that was a fact until it was eventually tested.

Uh-huh ... and I'm Genghis Khan.

Tested?

Really???

More like it was thought to be deep until they found out it wasn't.

So they're claiming that's how they found out the facts -- by testing it?

LOL

You failed to observe the word really in the phrase 'really knew' and then you blindly pummel on, and use it yourself, all without stopping to think about how that word gets in meaning in science.

Perhaps you really are Gengis Khan(?) (I mean there's just about always room for that possibility).

They sent probes to the moon to test all sorts of things prior to manned missions.

Looks like you're going through the list of very, very old YEC arguments that aren't just ancient, but are ridiculous as well. The lost squadron? Moon dust? What's next, polystrate trees?
