It has been 2 weeks since my husband Peter died at home. A long illness becoming progressively weaker over 2 years. Treatment extended his life but the cancer was relentless.
Sorting out paper work, bills etc is a difficult time although people are very helpful. I just keep crying. We were married for 56 years. I miss him so much.
I pray and thank the Lord for a wonderful husband and my daughter's help.

I lost my beautiful wife in July last year as well. There is nothing I can possibly say to ease your pain, but I will encourage you to look back and see how God is carrying you through this. And if it is available near you, please consider going through Griefshare. It wasn't any kind of magic pill mind you, but it helped me out a lot.
