I'm reading the Life Application Study Bible King James Version.​

The chapter of the Bible I'm reading now is the Psalms.​

Psalm 1​

Theme: Life's two roads. The life of the faithful person is contrasted with the life of the faithless person.​

I choose to have faith in God and do my best to follow God's word.​

Psalm 2

Theme: God's ultimate rule. A psalm written to celebrate the coronation of an Israelite king, but also written for the coronation of Christ, the eternal King.

I don't understand this Psalm very well.

From my understanding when I read this Psalm, we are here to serve the Lord.

Theme: Confidently trusting God for protection and peace

God is my shield and protector. When everyone seems against me, I turn to God. I shall turn to God to help me with my issues that I have in life. I have little trust in people but I trust God. I struggle with fear and worry.

Theme: Rejoicing in God's protection and peace. We can place confidence in God, because he will isten when we call on him.

I have confidence in God to help me with my daily life. I take time everyday to pray.
