God creates a six generation family, the Omphalos family, ex materia in six days: one person per day, and documents everything step-by-step -- all males.

You witnessed it, but your neighbor didn't, and claims deception on many levels.

Convince him otherwise, using science if possible.

(Note: For the purpose of this challenge, we'll say the family has belly-buttons.)

I'd start by showing things that could only exist if my claims were true.

If I showed such things, then my neighbour would say, "These things can't possibly exist if I am right, and yet here they are. I shall examine them and base my conclusion on that." He shall examine them, and finding that they are genuine (since they ARE genuine), he shall conclude that my claims are correct.
