  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My husband just got me the Canon Rebel XT which I have wanted ever since it came out. He told me he wouldn't be able to afford it this Christmas but he actually had already planned to get it with some extra money he made doing a website (he's a web designer). He got this amazing deal on ebay with lenses, filters, a tripod, a great carrying case, and a huge card. I've taken tons of pictures with it and it still says 999 pics left lol. Does anyone else have a Canon Rebel XT?

The Canon XT is a nice little camera. You should be doing some great work with it! Did you get the Canon image editing software with it?

If you need to know how to get great enlargemetns, please let me know. Sometimes a great image enlarged to 16X20, matted and framed can make an excellent show piece in your home.
