After all, I might end up like a lot of other people did:

Romans 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

"I am the wisest man alive, for I know one thing, and that is that I know nothing." -- Socrates

Paul's sentiment was fitting for his Roman audience, even if it was already 500 years old.

Right.

As long as scientists have a church to blame, they'll persecute us to the ends of the earth.
It takes a lot to feel persecuted when the calendar that´s circled around your religious beliefs isn´t universally accepted.

I know one foreign lady who accepted Christ early in life.

Later, she was captured and tortured for her beliefs.

She said her captors beat her constantly while demanding she tell them how God created the earth out of nothing.
And there was me thinking they went so far as to demand her to recant the Gregorian Calendar.

And they did ... just for the educated to use against God.

We call that: diabolical plagiarism.

The educated today soak it up like a sponge.

So you've gone from saying God wrote it to saying people wrote it.

I do.

Only they aren't "gods".

They are fallen angels.

Or maybe Ganesh is the real God and the Christian God is a fallen angel in the Hindu faith, ever think about that?

Of course not, because that's not what you want to believe.

I have a set of Boolean standards I use.

A set of heuristics.

Would you like to see it?

I've seen it. Your standards can take a hike. It's nothing more than a way for you to think you're being clever when you're still just picking and choosing what you want to believe.

Nobody said maintaining a persecution complex was easy.

When he was four, apparently...

Well, in all fairness, it's a long walk from Nazareth to Bethlehem... at least a week on a donkey.

I can't imagine how long it would take a baby to crawl...

Be honest (or at least try):

Does it bug you that December 25 is red on a calendar?

God is the Author of the Bible, and He gave that task to some 40 amanuenses.

The technical term is: verbal plenary inspiration.

Do you believe that?

If not, mind if I don't either?
Kylie said:

Yes.

And so did legitimate Bible scholars.

They termed it: diabolical mimicry.

That's the way educatees make it look, isn't it?

For some reason,* the earth had to go around the sun four more times before the year 1 showed up.

* I would guess it was to vindicate Herod, who had all the children from 2 years old and younger put to death.

So he got other people to do the actual work, he just slapped his name on the front and took credit?

Oh, no, not even that, because the first five books are attributed to Moses, and the other books in the Bible to various other people, and - forgive me if I am wrong - NONE of those various other people were named God, Jehovah, Yahweh, Jesus, or anything else of the sort.

So God didn't write any of it, and he never even tried to take credit for it.

You can make up whatever term you want, but that's like some teenage girl claiming Edward Cullin wrote her Twilight fanfiction because she was thinking about him really hard when she wrote it.
