Anyone have this game? I have the dumbest and most embarassing question in it..

OKay, I did the offseason thing and signed a handful of free agents..Carlos Delgado, Josh Phelps, Reed Johnson, Frank Catalanotto...etc.

And then I went ahead to the regular season (2nd year of my dynasty) and um...the players aren't there? rofl.

I've looked all over my AAA and AA teams but I can't find them...

Great choice I love that game...as to answer your question, I would say to check all of the contracts on your team so far. If you go to that section and you don't see any of your players then they may not be there, if they are not then make sure and go browse other teams to see if they are on any opposing teams, that will definitely tell you if they are on your team or not. Hope you can work it all out.
