Peta soared above the fight below wondering what she could do to help the others below her. She also kept an eye on Constantine who was above her. Peta was afraid if she used her scream she would hit one of the others and injure them. It seemed one of the guys that had left by the back way of the ice cream shop had came back and joined in adding more power to the FBI's side.

If this was going to end in their favor, it had to end soon.He noticed Aiden not to far away. He was a worthy foe, but still wasn't a match for Jason. Aiden was about to hit Hope when Jason cut in and sent a collumn of fire flowing between the two, blocking Aiden's attack.

Hope stumbled back. She had been prepared for the impact of the punch, but not for the sudden appearance of a column of fire. The heat pushed her back a few steps and she had to catch her breath, but no damage was done. She looked in wonderment at Jason. Had he actually come back to help them? She backed away hoping to be able to leave the fighting to those more capable.

before she could answer Flame's question the girl with the claws interrupted. Flame didn't appear too shocked by the revelation of what sounded like a betrayal by his gang. he charged the claws girl with his arms alight. the boy she had been fighting earlier shoved her off her feet away from the clawed girl. she got up off the pavement, having gained several new scrapes, and launched herself at the boys legs faster than any normal human would be able to react.

Komodo was distracted by the sight of Flame and was caught completely off guard when Caitlyn tackled his legs. He fell to the ground hard bringing his attention back to the matter at hand. He lay on his back for a couple of seconds regaining his breath when Hope tripped over him as she was trying to back away from the fight she had been in. She fell to the ground but didn't land nearly as hard as Craig had since her powers had kicked in making the air a little thicker and slowing her fall slightly.

Craig mused at the fact that he had taken someone to the ground just by laying there, but now he had to get to his feet and meet his opponent again as she was likely not giving him a time out for him to get back up again.

As the air started to come more easily to him, he sat back on his heels. He looked up the girls, still a bit confused as to what had just happened. "I saw something, it was like a memory but not ... I don't know exactly but I think there's a lot of students in trouble right now. I saw like this big fight or something. I don't know if it is even real or what, but I'm going to get over to that ice cream shop right now."

He jumped to his feet but felt dizzy as soon as he got up. After taking a second to clear the feeling, he started racing towards the gate.

Eyes widening, "What!? A fight!" Riabhca still wasn't sure what had happened though she figured it had something to do with Drew's power. "Right, we'd better go join them then." Beckoning for Kade to come as well Riabhca took off after Drew.

She wasn't really sure how useful she'd be but didn't want to be left behind. She also didn't want to leave the others, who she hadn't met yet, all alone against who knows what.

momentarily surprised by the success of her tackle, Caitlyn did not get up immediately. as a result she narrowly missed being knocked to the ground again when Hope tripped over the kid. she got to her feet and tried to get past Hope so she would be in a position to get at her opponent's head,on the basis that that would probably be more productive than standing there going after his feet. the air felt oddly thick around Hope, like walking through water. she almost fell, coming out off-balance on the other side.

Aiden laughed when Jason's attack missed. "Ha!! That's what happens when you stop training." He turned to metal, ready for a fight.

Suddenly, the van behind Aiden blew up, sending him flying in the air. He turned to liquid metal and landed a few yards away from Jason.

"Ok, I don't know what your problem is, but your day is about to get a whole lot worse."

Connor was a bit confused. Maybe Sammy had hit her head and was confused. He took a step closer.

"Sammy, what happened. Let me help you!!"

She took two steps backwards, sending a pain down her bac. "No... Connor you can't help me. You can't touch me. Something's wrong, please... stay away."

"Sammantha, look, you need help. Maybe the FBI can-"

"The FBI!! WHat are they gonna do for me?? They don't know what we are capable of, how it can affect us, nothing!! Heck, these gang members seem to be better controlled than we are!! What has the government done for us so far??"

"Worse, this is the best day I've had in a while." Jason scauffed. He formed a ball of fire in his hand and threw it at aiden, but as the ball traveled it grw and grew. By the time the ball reache Adien, it was already twice his size.

Peta found a spot on the ground and flew down to the ground. She had been keeping an eye on the fight below her and the one gang member above her. She seen the one girl that was called Samantha was having a little bit of trouble and seeemed to be struggling. Peta ran over to where Sammantha nad Conner was. She could hear the two talking and the girl seemed to be upset. The closer she got to the two she could sense something was different but she was not able to tell who it was coming from. Peta stoopped a couple steps from the spot where Samantha was at. "Samantha, whats wrong" she said.

Aiden jumped into the air and dove out of the way, missing the fireball by mere inches. After spirling through the air he landed on his knees, one hand bracing his upper body's weight. He looked up at Jason, his face ashened. He jumped into the air, transforming into a liquid mass, as he neared his foe, he formed a large spike aimed straight for Jason's chest.

Sammantha couldn't bear it anymore. Now Peta was involved and more people might be hurt.

"All this time all I've wanted was to learn exactly wht it was I could do, but now I hate them. The FBI hasn't taught us anything. I could have kille one of those mutants, just by touching them. What if it happens again and I kill a friend. I can't bear the though of that. Please, just let me go!!"

With that, Sammy turned around and ran. Connor ran after her, concerned for her safety. "Sam, wait. You can't do this!!" He didn't know what he would do when he caught up with her, but he knew she was in no state to be off on her own. He only hoped that no gang member would decide to follow them and make matters worse.

Peta watched as Sammy ran away from the fight, she could sense the girl was very scared of something and it was not one of the gang members. Conner had taken off running after Sammy trying to stop her from leaving the area. Peta decided to keep an eye on everyone from above and took off in the air. There was a good possibilty one of the gang members had seen the two run off and would try to follow them. By being in the air she would be able to keep an eye on them.

Mark, who had been largely uninvolved in the fight up until then, saw the two run off, and decided to make himself useful. he found a shadow in roughly the direction they were running and stepped into it, so he would be able to intercept them as they passed him.

Connor got closer to Sammy, still unsure of what he was going to do. He decided thsat he would risk touching her and grabbed her by the shoulder. A tiny shock trembled down his arm, but nothing more. He wrapped his arms around Sammantha.

"There, see? You're ok. You're ok, Sam. Ok??"

Sammy finally stopped moving and covered her face with her hands, her body trembling. The loos of blood from her wound finally took it's toll and she lost consciousness in his arms. Connor stood there for a moment, the girl's limp body leaning on his shoulder, then a lifted her into his arms and prepared to attempt to teleport somewhere safer.


(If Mark is gonna attack, now would be the perfect time.)

Out of the corner of her eye, Peta seen a movement headed in the direction that Sammy and Conner had went. She took off following the figure down on the ground, she seen the figure stop in a dark area. It seemed whoever it was, they were waiting for someone to pass thru. Peta landed on top of a building nearby and perched there keeping an eye out below.

Mark watched the girl's friend catch up with her and grab her as she fainted is his arms. as he stood up carrying her Mark decided this was as good a chance as any, and instantly set up a shadow next to them, stepped into it and kicked at the boy, trying to knock him over, since his balance couldn't be any too good while he was trying to carry someone.

Jason eyed the long metallic spike, shooting at his chest. He had but a moment to respond. Jason leaped to the right. The spike continued to its destination only skimming the side of Jason's left arm. Jason grabbed his arm as blood started to tricled down. But that was nothing to him. Jason had to stay focused on defeting Aiden, but how. Then it hit him as he saw a crowbar suspended in thin air, swing around at no one. In order for Jason's plan to suceed, he couldn't allow Aiden to see what was coming. Jason formed a couple fo fire balls and sent them in Aiden's direction to keep him busy.

Then Jason grabbed the crowbar and yanked it over to him., pulling little invisable Kyler along with it. "Hey." Kyler said lightly. "Dude, I need your help, but ya gotta be visable if you wanna be anygood to the team."

"Are you crazy, i go visable, then people are going to be coming after me. "
"Just trust me!"
"fine." Kyler said as he turned as visable as he could.

"Perfect. Now when i give the signal. i want you to throw that crowbar at the back of that guys head. " He said refering to Aiden. "Just trust me. If Aiden charges youlike i think he will then he'll go right throiugh you and into that there wall. and that should take him out. " Jason ended with a smile. "but what if-" Kyler said meekly. "no buts!" Jason responded.

((Alright, i think we should wrap this fight up. There will be many more fights. FBI should of course win. I've already taken out Scarlet and hopefully soon Aiden. Anyone else want to move on?))

Peta swooped down off the rooftop where she had been watching for the intruder to move. She picked up speed as she flew staright down toward Mark. She was hoping to hit him with all of her weight possibly knocking him off balance or distracting him. In the meantime giving Connor enough time to get Sammy out of the area and to safety.

 

[Everloving]

Something hit Connor from the shadows, knocking him off balance and causing him to lose his concentration on teleprting. Almost simultaniously, Peta dropped onto the shadowed foe, giving him the chance to get Sammy somewhere safe...

Aiden returned to his natural form and cursed himself for only catching Jason's arm. He would not allow this to end in a loss. He turned and liquidated himslef back to Jason.

"So... I guess they taught you a few little tricks over there, but I've got a new one for ya."
Aiden turned his arms into metal and melted his fingers into his hand, each transforming into a sharp boomerang. He threw all ten of them at Jason.

((Oh... and I totally agree that this battle has gone past its due date. Its time we move on to bigger things...))

((O>K>, then here's the plan. Have Aiden charge Kyler, but he'll go right through him and into the wall. Knocking himself unconcious.))

Jason now had ten blade rusking toward him. Instinctively, he rose his hands into the air and a ring of fire rose from the ground, forming a pillar fo fire to protect him. Fortunately the fire was hot enough to melt the blade coming in his direction. Unfortunatly, Jason was only fast enough to stop nine fo the Ten. The speeeding blade reached Jason just before the wall came up and dugg itsself into his side. Jason fell to his knees. The grabbed the knife and pulled it out of his side and melted it in his hand.

Kyler seized this oppertunity. He Swung his arm and chucked the pipe in his hand at Aiden's head. Kyler now just himself, so Siden would have any trouble seeing his attacker.

as Mark prepared to strike again, planning to knock the boy to the concrete, someone he hadn't noticed sped down onto him; knocking him over. he set up a shadow around whoever it was, which should effectively blind them, but given how fast they had moved he doubted he'd be able to keep it on them. he scrambled back, trying to give himself time to pick a shadow and move back to where the rest of the gang was. he'd done his share for the moment.
