Caitlyn ducked as the boy shoved at her, managing to make him miss the shove, but also managing to fall fairly hard, knocking the wind out of her and hitting her head against the concrete.

Sammy turned just in time to see her room mate hit her head on the concrete, a gang member towering above her. She didn't know what she was going to do, but she started running towards them anyway. As she got closer she reached her arms and grabbed the guy by the shoulders. Suddenly, bolts of electricity began to flow from her body into his. She screamed as her body shook with the elecrical forces.

Aiden saw a man suddeenly appear behind Scarlet, ready to knock her out from behind. Immediatly he turned to silver and flew to him. When he was a few feet away he changed back to solid metal and, while still soaring through the air, kicked the guy in the chest, knocking him backwards.

Just as Connor's punch was about to land, a giant bullet hit him in the chest, knocking him backwards. He coughed blood into his hand and stood to face the silver amn. He wiped blood from his chin and assumed a fighting position.

Sammy turned towards the door just in time to see Caitlyn hit her head against the concrete, a gang member towering over her. She didn't know what she was going to do, but she ran towards them anyway. As she reached the man, she reached out to shove him away from Caitlyn. Howver, when her hands touched his shoulders, the electricity that had been locked up inside of her suddenly flowed freely between to two bodies. She of course was unaffected by it, but the man might not be so lucky...

Aiden watched as a man suddenly appeared behind Scarlet. Acting on pure instinct, he immediatly turned into his liquid form and shot through the air at the man. When he was only a matter of feet away, he transformed into his solid form and flying side kicked the man in the chest.

As she concentrated on getting herself off the ground, Peta felt a surge go thru her body that she never felt before. She knew she was trying to use her emotions to strength her power. but this power surge was very different then she ever felt before. She opened her eyes to see that she was floating above the building she had been hiding behind. Peta looked down at the scene below her seeing that a fight had broke out between the mutant gang and the others. Her eye catches a movement off to the side a pale skinned, dark hair boy had risen into the air unfolding his wings. Peta flew toward Constantine letting out a eagles siren with such force knocking him back toward the ground.

((Ok, I'm gonna ignore the part where you mention exactly what happened to my character as it's outside the rules.))


Constantine was so tightly focused on the group of students on the ground that he didn't see the new comer that had taken to the air.

As a result the sound blast hit him hard and sent him spinning. He lost control over his light orbs which went careening off in opposite directions and exploded on contact with random buildings.

Landing quickly on a convienant rook he shook his head to clear the ringing from his ears. Constantine glanced around to determine what had hit him and after a few minutes he spotted Peta.

A grim look on his face, Constantine recreated his light orbs and taking to the sky once again directed several bursts straight at her.

Without waiting to see what happened he pumped his wings to gain some significant altitude and returned to bombarding the students with blood-red laser blasts.

Kade took her time as she walked around the grounds. As she made her way towards the pool and sports complex she noticed two people standing against the fence. Walking over Kade recognized one of the two as Drew, from class, but the other, the girl, she didnt know.
"So I'm not the only one who stayed behind today, huh?" Kade said as she approachedthe two.
"It's Drew right?" she said before turning to Riabhca
"I'm Kadence, but every one calls me Kade or once Kay" she said introducing her self.

"Yeah, that's what most people call me anyway. Everyone else who stuck around school went to an ice cream place a little bit ago. But Riabhca is new here so I was just showing her around a bit." Drew explained. "Get's kinda boring around here without class or something. Anything going on or are you as bored as I am."

Riabhca was thrilled to meet another student so smiling warmly, "Hi Kade. So glad to meet you. Like Drew said my name's Riabhca and I'm new, only arrived today. He's been kind enough to show me around a bit."

Laughing, "He even helped me find my room as I'm sure I would have gotten lost."

As she talked her eyes once again slitted as she activated her ability. Quickly she scanned and memorized Kade's heat siginatrue, adding it to Drew's in her memory. Now she'd be able to recognize two people here.

"Yeah, that's what most people call me anyway. Everyone else who stuck around school went to an ice cream place a little bit ago. But Riabhca is new here so I was just showing her around a bit." A searing pain went thru Peta causing her to let a shrill shriek. She grabbed her right side trying to ease the pain. Taking a quick breath of air, she used the pain to strengthen her focus back on the task below her while taking a shallow breath. She flew a little higher and looked down on the scene below pinning her eyes on her target below. She dived aiming straight for Constantine.

Komodo was thrown slightly off balance as his intended target sunk below his hands. When he saw the girl hit the ground, his first instinct was to reach out a hand and help her up. Fortunately, he was able to stop himself before anyone saw. Before he could figure out what to do next, he felt hand on his shoulders. Then extreme pain as his skin beneath her hands was burned off by the electricity. But that pain didn't last long as it was replaced by fear and confusion. His heart was stopped, he was gasping but couldn't find any air, the electricity sent his mind into so much confusion that he was barely aware of sinking to his knees.

Gradually, the pain started to lessen and his mind began to clear as his skin began to keratinize forming thick pads in the area where Sammy's hand were. It was enough to increase his resistance, though he could still feel some of the electricity flowing through his body, it was not enough to harm him. He shook his head as he was brought back to reality and quickly rolled out from beneath Sammy's hands.

"I thought you students weren't supposed to know how to use your powers!" He shouted to no one in particular. "Well, I guess that makes us a little more evenly matched. No more holding back, you're going to see what happens when you think you're more than you are and mess with the wrong gang." Craig was now angry and had no more hesitation in fighting against these other mutants. He tried to be nice, but apparently they wanted to fight as much as the gang did. He picked himself up and blindly threw his small frame toward the two girl agents. He had no problem fighting a girl, his cousin taught him well that they could be just as worthy an opponent. He didn't have much hope of actually doing any damage, but he also didn't have much fear of getting hurt knowing what he could do and now knowing at least one of the girls' powers.

((This might be a bit unlikely to actually happen, but ... I wanted to move things along so they can get to the fight scene in a hurry. ))

Drew's face became more serious at Kade's question. It's not that it was rude to ask, and he knew that Kade didn't mean anything by it, but his power was the greatest evil in the world to him. "It's not something I like to talk about," he said a bit more forcefully than he had intended. "As far as I'm concerned, I have none. And that's why I'm really here, to get rid of it."

He turned a slight step away from the other two and faced toward the fence that surrounded the entire campus. As he did, his foot landed in the exact place Hope had been when she first saw the men standing outside the fence. That memory flooded Drew's mind. But it was more than just a memory, he could feel it. He had never felt a memory like this before, he had relived emotions, but this was something different, painful. Then other memories flooded his minded, but they weren't memories connected to this place like all his other memories were. These were connected to the first memory, to the people involved in it. And they weren't old memories, they were only minutes old, some only seconds old, of a fight ... that was taking place ... now.

As the memories released their hold on Drew's mind, he fell to the ground on his hands and knees gasping for air. All this took place in mere seconds, but to Drew it felt like he had been trapped in those memories for several minutes, or for hours almost.

as she struggled to get her breath back, Caitlyn saw Sammy rush up behind her attacker and grab him by the shoulders. he shook as if being electrocuted, then suddenly stopped.
"I thought you students weren't supposed to know how to use your powers!" the guy shouted. "Well, I guess that makes us a little more evenly matched. No more holding back, you're going to see what happens when you think you're more than you are and mess with the wrong gang."
she gave up trying to get up and reached for a grab on his ankle as he launched himself towards them. "who messed with who? we were eating ice cream."

Scarlet smiled back at Aiden.

"Thanks." She said with a smile.

Then she gazed at her surroundings. Aiden was fighting the guy who tried to attack her, Constintine, who had earlier displayed some awsome new power, was fighting some flying girl who came out of nowhere, Komodo was finally showing some effort, fighting two girls. Good for him. Scarlet figured she'd go help him. One of the girls was on the floor she she went to attack the other one. Slowly she extended her claws and slashed at Sammy.

Aiden smiled back at Scarlet, then through his head back into the game as the battle between him and the other man heated.

Sammy dodged the guy as he threw himself towards her. Suddenly, she felt a stinging pain in her back as a Scarlet's claws tore through her shirt and flesh. However, the girl's phisical contact with her body and the adrenaline that was pumping through her caused more electricity to flow through her and into the other girl. Sammy fell the ground gasping, her back seering with pain.

As it turned out, that was a good idea. Because no sooner and he started sending laser bursts at the surface again when one of his light currents warned him of Peta's dive. Effortlessly banking to one side, he avoided her.

"You don't give up easily do you." Chuckling coldly, "Well let's see how you like this little pest."

That said Constantine started creating tons of light bursts all around her. In appearance they looked like miniature supernovas and were likely very painful on the eyes.

After several minutes of that he climbed even higher and focused his laser barrage on Peta instead of the ground. He didn't want to kill her so he toned down the strength of the laser so, while extremely painful they wouldn't be lethal.

Komodo jumped out of reach of Caitlyn's grasp. His training in the gang had taught him to be aware of his surroundings at all times even when he wasn't consciously aware of it or when he was distracted. It was to the point that he wasn't even sure why he had jumped to the side, and it did it poorly enough that he ended up back on the ground. Though that was really expected when blindly throwing yourself at opponents especially when they were several years older.

"who messed with who? we were eating ice cream." As he was getting himself back up off the ground, Komodo responded, "yeah, in our territory and there's only enough room for one gang. And that's what you are, just another gang except maybe ya' think you have the protection of the FBI, but that ain't goin' help you around us. You're a disgrace to our kind."

He looked over as Scarlet joined their little scuffle. He was glad for the help, but disappointed that he needed it and wondered if Scar was there because she thought he couldn't handle it or if she would have done the same had it been any other gang member.

Hope looked up from her shoulder when the pain started to go away. The girl who had tried to kick her moved on to start fighting Sammy. But now right in front of her, she saw that Connor was in a fight with a guy whose back was toward her. She wasn't sure what to do and figured anything she could do would be pretty stupid, so she reached out to grab the guy by the hair and pull him backwards.

the kid jumped away from Caitlyn's attempted grab, quickly if not with balance. he fell, but got up immediately, saying "yeah, in our territory and there's only enough room for one gang. "gotta love that 'us against them' mentality" she replied sarcastically "not very productive,but I guess it makes you feel better."she scrambled awkwardly to her feet so she'd be able to move when he attacked.

Constantine was fast losing patience with this fight. His opponent , for such a little one, was tough and starting to get on his nerves. He watched as she dove lower, trying to clear her eyes.

Seeing her coming back at him he made his decision. From now on, no more fooling around. It was time to get serious. Up till now this had mainly been a game for him, a way to amuse himself at the expensive of others but no more, now he was serious and woe to any that got his is way.

Peta's scream made his ears ring and the shock wave knocked him backwards. But he quickly regain his equilibrium and flew right at her. A grim look on his face, cold dark eyes burning Constantine used his massive wings to propel himself straight for her. Hands near hidden daggers he prepared himself for combat.

Riabhca grinned, revealing her unique pointed teeth. "Oh I don't mind at all. I'm able to manipulate heat. I can also use a kind of infrared vision." This was the first time she'd told Drew what her abilities were, she hoped he wouldn't freak out as he seemed rather on edge about the whole thing.

As the memories released their hold on Drew's mind, he fell to the ground on his hands and knees gasping for air. All this took place in mere seconds, but to Drew it felt like he had been trapped in those memories for several minutes, or for hours almost.

She wasn't too terribly surprised when Drew refused to share his ability. Riabhca had already noticed he was rather sensitive about the whole thing.

Riabhca was completely caught of guard by Drew's collapse. Quickly kneeling by his side, "Drew! Hey are you alright! What just happened?" Not sure how he'd react to being touched she hovered by him.

Peta watched as grim look crossed her oppenents face, she could sense that there was a change in him and it was not for the good. She slowed down and hung still in midair waiting and watching as he propeled himself toward her. As he got closer she dodged to the right and then to the left very quickly several times.

Aiden smiled back at Scarlet, then through his head back into the game as the battle between him and the other man heated.

Sammy dodged the guy as he threw himself towards her. Suddenly, she felt a stinging pain in her back as a Scarlet's claws tore through her shirt and flesh. Sammy fell the ground gasping, her back seering with pain.

The electricity traveled from Sammy's body to Scarlet's metal claws and into her unexpecting body. The shock caused Scarlet's body to jotl backwards and Scarlet fell to the ground. Her body shook violently then stopped moving. A few moments later she awaken again with a massive headache. She hadn't missed much, but now she knew to stay away from Sammy. It was somewhat unexpected that these students could in anyway fight back, but instinct must have kicked in. Scarlet got up and raced back inot action. Now going after a different target. A girl not to far away, who had not yet displayed any signs of developed powers, was the perfect target. So Scarlet snuck up close behind her, with her claws beared. She picked up her foot and thrusted it toward's Caitlyn's back, in an attempt to knock her off her feet.
