After Kyler had gone down onto his knees, the police tried to arrest him! They tried being the most important words. But of course when they attempted to grabb him their hands slipped right through him. "Listen !" HE shouted, not used to being so outspoken. He pulled his ID out of his pocket. "I'm an FBI agent," Which wasn't completely true. They snagged the badge and examined it closely. "We'll have to check this out," They said being a little less harsh, as they didn't want to mess with the FBI. "But you understand that we must take procautions, so all of you will be coming with us. " Kyler butted in again. "But Please just help our friends." They nodded and continued to arrest the agents and carried them off to a big van.

Peta listened to what was going on around her, she could feel the fear and rage coming from her felow companions. Also she could feel the chill of cold still hanging aroun, she was ery worried about her injured companions. It seemed the police was more worried about going after them, then helping the injured to get the much needed help.

Drew ran over from where he was hiding when he saw his classmates being treated like that. He was sick of this whole thing where police were so incompetent that they arrested the wrong people if anyone at all. Those cops would surely not listen to a word they said if they found out all the students also happened to be mutant. He ran over and yelled to the police, "stop! What are you doing arresting them?!"

A few cops who didn't have their hands full already pulled their guns and aimed at the approaching teen running toward them. "Freeze! Hands where I can see them?" they yelled out in response. He froze and stuck his hands in the air. "Who are you?" they asked.

"I ... I'm just a witness. But I saw the whole thing, I can tell you exactly what happened." Which was kinda the truth, he had seen the whole thing in his vision.

Hope let out a sigh of relief when Kyler revealed who they were. She wasn't a hundred percent sure it was a good thing, but at least now it was done.

Within seconds, ambulances came to the scene. "There," an officer said. "Now you're friends can get their help and you all can stop your whining about them. And don't worry their be well looked after while they are being treated. We'll be sure to keep a good eye on them, won't we?" A couple of the officers laughed at that. Hope wanted to just punch them or do something to knock common sense into them, but she knew she couldn't do anything now. She tried hard to restrain herself and go along with them as cooperatively as she could. At least there were medical teams there now to help out the injured.

Vanorah was scared, nervous, and fighting hard against panicing. She glanced around wildly as the cops closed in on them, looking desparately for a way out wanting nothing more than to run.

'What was my dad thinking sending me to the FBI!!? I'm not cutout for this! I'm completely useless, what good will I ever do any of these others?'

Vanorah flinched away from the police when the came to arrest her and tried to hide behind Peta. Failing at that she endeavored to stay close to her friend, badly needing the support.


((Sorry for my silence, semester not going well and work schedule fluctuating like mad.))

Peta whispered to Vanorah "It will be okay, I know you are scared, I am here for you my friend." She looked up at the officers that was arresting them hoping to se some change in them after Drew had spoke up for them.

Once the injured studentswere taken to the hospital, Connor knew he had to do something. If these guys thought his firens were gang mutants, there was no way they'd recieve proper medical care. They'd just be second rate patients. He had to convince them that they were the good guys. He slowly stood up.

"Hey kid, get back down on the ground!!"

He raised his hands. "I have to show you guys something. We aren't the bad guys here."

"Kid, don't make me shoot you!! Get your hands up and get back on the ground!!" A couple of other officers had pointed thier guns over by now. He had to show them know.

His hand was close to his pocket now.

"Last warning. Hands up or we'll be forced to shoot you!!"

Connor nodded. "Ok. If you won't listen, I'll find someone who will."

Suddenly, he was gone. The officers looked around, confused. Suddenly, he appeared about a hundred yards away. Not exactly what he was hoping for. The police opened fire on him. He quickly teleported again. Now he was above them, falling quickly towards them. One of the men looked up just in time to see the teen disapear again. He reappeared a little bit further from the cops this time, and decided hat now would be a good time to run instead of teleporting again. And he ran as fast as he could, know that he needed to make it back to the agency before the police could catch him. He needed them, his friends needed them.

((alright we have established that these cop are jerks. Lets skip ahead to the police station. ))

The officer closed the door to the cell. They had locked them all in one big holding cell. Hopefully soon, the FBI would come and stand for them, cause this place was getting Kyler all worked up.

"This is stupid. Thay let the real bad guys get away, and now we're stuck in here." Kyler mumbled out.

Jason slowly woke up in more pain than when he had gone out. He moned as he attemted to sit up. When he did, he looked down at his wrist. A pair of metal handcuffs latched Jason's wrist to the side of the hospitol bed. Jason let out and enormous sigh.

"Feeling any better, I believe its Flame right? buut of course i just remember you as prisoner 9721." Said a familiar voice.

Peta wrapped her arms around Vanorah as they sat in the holding cell with the others. She knew her friend was very scared, so she started humming a little song. Even though she was humming it for her friend it was also a way of keeping her own mind from going crazy. The cold feeling had lessened in the past few minutes, but she was still worried about the rest of the group.

The officers didn't stop taking the other students away at Drew's actions. Instead, just a couple of cops stuck around the scene to interview them as well as other witnesses. Drew had hoped that the cops would have taken him and Riabhca into the station to question them that way they'd be closer to the others and look for a way to get them out. But instead, they were being held here to answer stupid questions and they couldn't even sneak away to help.

"Well," the officer said. "You're version doesn't exactly match up with the other witnesses. You sure you aren't on their side and trying to cover up for them? What about you miss?" The officer turned to Riabhca. "What did you see happen?"

The trip to the station had not been a pleasant one. Apparently the driver wanted to get to the station in a hurry to make sure that no one else had time to try to use their powers to escape. Hope wished that Connor hadn't of run. It only made them all look worse. As long as they just went along with the game until the FBI showed up they'd be fine. What was a few hours behind bars?

She was glad that none of them were alone at least and wondered how it was going with those who had been hurt. She hoped they were being treated better than themselves. Hope looked around and saw that everyone else was as upset about this whole thing as she was. "Well, this certainly isn't how I expected the first weekend to go," she gave a weak smile trying to lighten the mood.

Sammy slowly woke up in a slightly more comfortable environment the one she had lost consciousness in. She was in a bed, with a blanket pulled over her and a pillow beneath her head. There was a curtain dividing her from what she could only assume was any other injured agents. She attempted to sit up when two things happened. First, she noticed the handcuffs conecting her to the bed. Secondly, a horrible pain vibrating through her spine. She fell back onto the bed, screaming and crying out for help.

Connor ran down the streets, panting but unwilling to slow his pace. He had managed to lose the cops for now, but he wasn't taking any chances he neededto get to the agency now!! He followed the route they had taken to get there for the most part, and soon found himelf at his destination. He ran into the main building, shouting for agent Camari(sp?)

Jason slowly sat up and a big smile came on his face. "Nah, it not Flame anymore, and it most certaintly isn't 9721." He said to the old officer. "Then what should I call you?" The man responded. Jason thought about that for a moment shrugged his shoulders and said "Jason I guess."

Prison at first was torture for Jason, but after he had saved one of the guard's life from another angry prisoner, the other guards took it easy on him. Of course the other prisoners hated him more, but it was his good behavior that got him a spot in the FBI.

"So then Jason, I hear your in quite a bit of trouble. " The man said.

"Yea, nice to see you too, O'l Benny." Jason retorted.

"Is it true. They said that you were hooking up with your old gang pals again. You told me that was never gonna happen. " O'l Ben said.

"It could be seen that way. But its actually kind of the opposite. Ya see I snuck out of that academy with a couple of fellow mutant, as you might call them. Then my old gang started giving them some trouble. I of course stepped in and saved the day. How do ya think I got this?" He poited to his injury. "Besides it turns out that they set me up the whole time any way. Soem friends."

"Is that really what happened?"

"You bet it is. I was stupid enough to save your life, and now i was stupid enough to help those guys, and I'll probably get sent back to jail for it too. The FBI doesn't give second chances to guys like me."

"May be ther's something I can do."

Kyler looked around at the bare walls, then Hope said

"Well, this certainly isn't how I expected the first weekend to go."

"You can say that again."

Peta stopped humming when she heard Hope talking, the other girl had smiled when she commented about thier first weekend there at the academy. "Well at least we are all safe and the others are getting medical attention at this time." she said. She curled her legs up under her, while still holduing onto Vanorah.

Caitlyn sat in the corner fiddling with her puzzle ring, and keeping a rant going in her head.
it's not like any of this was our fault. and then what do the idiots do? "we're going to take the good guys to jail, 'cause we're dumb like that" stupid. what do they think they're....
((I don't think we really have anything to do until the FBI comes to get us))

((There aren't any agents at the academy right now because it's the weekend. There's a woman tending the desk, you could play it out that she gives Connor the home phone number of one of the agents (you can play Cameri if you want). But other than that, there will be FBI agents (from a nearby FBI agency that's not part of the academy campus) arriving at the police department to possibly get the students out when they explain the situation.))
